Lush Retread!
I recently tried the deep conditioning treatment from Starring…! Fragrances (independent etailer specializing in organic/natural products) and loved it. My hair felt amazingly silky after a treatment. Plus the scent I chose was amazing! Can’t wait to get more.
i love Pantene Medium-Thick Hair Solutions Frizzy to Smooth Conditioner. such a long name! i love it because often you find products that are designed to make your hair thick. those of us who are already blessed with enough hair for five people aren’t ever really thought of.
using it really makes my hair more manageable and softer.
Ooooh, I just finished my first big bottle of that. It makes my hair happy, too.
bumble and bumble super rich conditioner
Redken Clear Moisture
Brazilian blowout deep conditioning masque is insane. second is joico k-pak intense hydrator. both make hair feel like silk.
I have to list two:
Aveda Dry Remedy Conditioner
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle (ok its a deep conditioner but its amazing and super inexpensive!)
My favorite is from L’oreal, the pink one 🙂 In Germany it’s colled Nutri-Gloss 😉 It just leaves my hair soft and shiny 🙂 I tried several, but I always go back to this one, even one from John Frieda couldn’t convince me! Used my L’oreal for years and it has never let me down 🙂
Redken All Soft. It tones down the frizzies, so I don’t have to pile on a bunch of styling products! I’ve been using it for years. Super moisturizing!
Roux Porosity Shampoo + Conditioner will transform your hair in curing cuticles issues which lead to tangles, dryness and frizz. Works from the very first use.
I just found Roux porosity control conditioner and am in HEAVEN! I mix a little with my Matrix Smoothing conditioner, put on a plastic cap and sit under a dryer for about 30 minutes for a deep conditioning treatment like no other. I love the fact that it is inexpensive and I only need to add a bit to have a big impact.
Roux Porosity shamppo and conditioner will cure all cuticles issues that lead to tangled, dry and frizzy hair. You will notice a difference with the first use.
Fekkai Glossing Conditioner. It really does make your hair glossy and manageable. I have thick, wavy hair that is prone to frizz and the Glossing Shampoo & Conditioner always give me a good hair day, especially when I use them in conjunction w/ the Glossing Cream. The products even smell wonderful. They’re a little pricey, but totally worth it.
Haven’t tried this, but the glossing creme is tops.
I absolutely LOVE Dove Moisturizing Shampoo… inexpensive and detangles my long hair.
really?? i tried the shampoo and conditioner and both made my hair feel stringy :/ mh..
Abba Moisture Scentsation Condition. It’s an oldie but goodie salon shampoo. I keep going back to it! Very minty smelling and just fabulous on hair.
Every day use: Bed Head Urban Antidotes #2
Deep Conditioning: Paul Mitchell Super Charged Moisturizing Conditioner
Biolage Colour Care Therapie works pretty nicely on my hair, as does the matching shampoo. For leave-in conditioner, I am in love with the one by Salon Labs Chemistry. It’s been a bit hard to find lately but is definitely worth the search. I tried to replace it with Tigi Ego Boost and it just didn’t work–my hair actually felt significantly drier, and I wasn’t even using a different shampoo/conditioner. I’m never using another leave-in conditioner again!
I love Redken All Soft!
I use a variety of conditioners. Because my hair is really long and relatively thick, I buy the largest bottles, which last me about a month (I often shower twice a day, because of work, and although yes, I’ve heard you shouldn’t condition every day, I have to, or brushing involves tears and cursing). Anyway. I alternate between the following:
Aussie: Moist
Pantene: Medium-Thick Hair Solutions Frizzy to Smooth Conditioner or the one for curly hair
Garnier Fructis: Length & Strength or Sleek & Shine
Dove: Daily Moisture Therapy
I really like the Dove for how light it feels and how soft it makes my hair, but the last time I used it it left behind an obnoxious residue, even when I made a point to rinse it out really well. So, I’d have to pick Garnier Fructis as my favorite and the best value for the price. I have to admit, I really want to try Lush’s conditioners, but I’m afraid they just wouldn’t last me long enough to be worth it.
Joico Moisture Recovery. You need to use it together with the shampoo but WOW what a difference this conditioner makes! My hair feels so soft and is super shiny 🙂 Definitely a HG product!
L’Oreal Feria works for my super dry hair.
I like Aussie Moist Conditioner! It makes your hair feel silky, and smells great.
Jonathan Product wieghtless creme condition… Or something like that. It makes my hair soft to the touch which I thought was impossible! I love it so much that I bought 11 bottles of it when it was 50% off at b&bw. That is called commitment my friends! I’m just almost done my first bottle and it’s been over a year so it’s a great value for money as well( plus I have pretty long hair!)
Pureology Hydrate is my fav!
Moroccan Oil and Regis Designline Olive Oil Conditioner.
biolage conditioning balm! best stuff ever
Absolutely without a doubt the best I’ve used out of any salon choice!
I have curly hair and Herbal Essences ‘Quench my curls’ or ‘Tousle me softly’ works so well! I’ve tried so many high end products but these two won my heart the first time i tried them. Plus, they smell great are so affordable. Talk about a win-win!!
Aussie 3 Minute Miracle!
I’ve been devoted to Aveda for 15 years but I’ve recently started cheating on them. I’ve turned to Bumble & Bumble Creme de Coco Conditioner. My first reason is because I love the smell of coconuts and wanted that on my hair. Second because it actually really makes my hair nice and soft! Then I heard about Redken All Soft products and I’ve really liked them.
i LOOOOVE the sebastian professional volupte conditioner. i apply it all over my hair including the roots and it just makes my hair fall into place perfectly w/ a lot of effort
Kerastase Oleo-Relax. If this stuff can’t give you smooth shinny hair nothing can!
I love Kerastase too!
Christine, have you tried any of The Body Shop’s shampoo’s or conditioner? I may buy if the reviews are good.
I haven’t, sorry!
Their shampoo/conditioner is hands down my fav!
Label M Intensive Repair Conditioner is the one and only for me. I have tried numerous ones from drugstore to high end, but this is the only one that softens my hair without making it heave, super silky glossy hair in under 1 minute, I have tried Fekkai products too, and they are not bad at all for the hair but my scalp and skin is unfortunately very allergic to these…
Redken All Soft conditioner and heavy cream saved my hair when I went super blonde and fried my hair. It also keeps my ends moisturized since my curls don’t ever get moisture at the end.
Redken ALLSOFT is the bestest!
Aussie Moist is divine!!
dove intense damage therapy. only think to get through all my hair .
Suave Humectant!
I recently bought Tresseme (the volumizing one), and I’m loving it so far. Super inexpensive, and my hair is looking better then it has in I don’t know how long. I have normal but fine hair, and most conditioners leave it looking limper or even a tad oily. But my hair is full and soft and shines!
Carol’s Daughter black vanilla hair smoothie. Its the best.
Nick Chavez Amazon Hair Body-Building Conditionder – it’s very thick and doesn’t smell the best, but it gives my hair great body while taming frizz! To be fair, I have only used it in conjunction with the corresponding shampoo so not sure if the results would be as good with a different shampoo.
I love Trader Joe’s tea tree conditioner. It makes my fine, thin hair soft and silky without weighing it down.
Lush RETREAD!!! 🙂
This one really, really didn’t work for me. No LUSH conditioner (except Jungle, but I hate the smell..) has made my hair look shinier or feel softer or anything.
I really love the S factor smoothing shampoo and conditioner makes my hair feel great, smooth and shiny.
I have long and wavy hair. I do not play with my hair a lot and spend very little time on it. The Shielo Hydrate conditioner helps me in that.
After using Shielo’s conditioner my hair is so manageable that I do not have to blow dry my hair even and they are so soft, smooth and silky all day long, Using this conditioner can reduce your visit to a hair salon so often and you can still look beautiful.
Its smell is great too and its long lasting. Shielo has different shampoos and conditioners for different hair types and so everyone can find one suiting their hair needs. It also makes the hair less frizzy and what I do is I do not wash it out completely from my hair. I would definitely recommend thsi conditioner to anyone who wants a quick, easy and affordable solution to make theri hair soft, smooth, silky and manageable.
Moroccan oil,
no questions asked.
try it and then youll believe it the second you rinse.
try the shampoo for best results 🙂
Terax Crema
Lush’s American Cream! My HG conditioner 🙂
I have medium to course wavy hair, long and colour treated. The best for mine is Redken All Soft. Mind you since using this I don’t really try beyond the Redken range cause I don’t feel the need.
Moroccan oil and herbal essences the moisturizing one with coconut and something else, amazing!
Pureology Naonoworks!
I go with Melanie on L’oreal Nutri Gloss. I love it. And the pretty pink packaging is really nice too.
And it smells divine as a total bonus.
Garnier Fructis Volume Re-Structure. It leaves my hair shiny, healthy and volumized without putting extra weight on it. My hair is very thin, it needs volume but most conditioners make me look like a wet rat because the volumizing ingredients make my hair too heavy. I tried other products but this is the one I always come back to!
LUSH Veganese..
nice smell, and makes my thick hair shiny, not weighed down and greasy.
Living Proof products are the BEST! I used to straighten or curl after blowdrying, now I can just blowdry with a paddle or round brush and go! The line is available at Sephora and is a bit expensive but well worth it if it saves time and effort. $24 for regular sizes.
I recently went blonde and the best conditioner I’ve found is John Frieda tone-restoring conditioner… makes my hair soft & shiny without weighing it down!
TIGI Catwalk (?) Oatmeal and Honey Conditioner. You can get the “almost liter” size from Ulta during their liter sales twice a year. It smells amazing, doesn’t have silicones, and really moisturizes my poor dry hair.
Eufora, hands down. Daily Balance in the summer and Moisture Solution in the winter. I have fine, wavy/curly hair that is hard to find products for. Either it weighs it down or leaves it frizzy. I also use the shampoos and all the styling products. Their Beautifying Serum is similar to MorroccanOil but doesn’t leave a dark cast on blonde hair. I’ve been using them for 2 years and my hair never gets tired of them.
I am honestly surprised no one has mentioned L’Oreal Professional absolute repair…I have tried almost every bargain shampoo, and salon brand shampoo..and hands down, if your hair is dry or you need a great conditioning treatment, you can use this as a daily or intense treatment this won’t be able to live with out this product once you try it…a container lasts about 4 to 6 months, so the mid twenty dollar price range is not too bad. You can only buy this product at high end salons that carry L’Oreal Professional products
