I’m using the Bliss Steep Clean Mask right this second 🙂 I also own/use the Juice Beauty Organic Facial Rejuvenating Mask, Revision Skincare Black Mask, and Bliss Triple Oxygenating Facial.

I’m currently loving the Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel for sensitive skin. Cannot believe how smooth my skin is after using it. Minimal redness and warmth during the 10 minute period I have the mask on.

Dusty Avatar

sometimes but not often. i have a couple clay masks that i use only if i have redness going on (it seems to really help kick it back) or if my face is at all oily (which is like… never). every now and then i’ll the moisture mask thing (take your favorite moisturiser and SLAP a healthy amount all over your face, leave it on for 5 minutes, then wash off), but my skin tends to be on the dryer side so i find that it just feels good – even coconut oil feels really nice on the skin (never had much of a problem with clogged pores – i got REALLY lucky there… so far… who knows what will happen in the future! lol)

Brittany Avatar

Fresh makes amazing clay products(I like it in bar form) that I leave on for a mask. I leave it on for a random amount of time, and my pores are always so much smaller afterward. I loooove Fresh!

REN Multi Mineral Detoxifying Facial
MD Skincare Alpha Beta Daily Facial Peel

Just finished using Revive Microdermabrasion Renewal System

I want to and I have been wanting to try the Queen Helene Mint Julep one. Although, I am a little hesitant since I have sensitive skin, which doesn’t mix very well with “minty” things. Lol.

Amy Avatar

I use a ton of face mask! They are mostly for brightening and mositurizing skin. I also have a peeling mask – a Japanese brand one – for deep cleansing.

Laura Avatar

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel the extra strength one! Good for acne scars 🙂 Wish I had something for redness every now and then also wish I had a good moisturizing one for my sometimes severely dry skin!

Mandi Avatar

I just bought a face peel…haven’t used it yet though. Neostrata skin peel solution (I think that’s the one!). It had the highest percent of glycolic acid at the counter so I bought it! If that doesn’t give me the desired results though I will be going to my dermatologist to get a peel from him which he has been pushing on me for some time lol

Rosie Avatar

I have the DDF Sulfur Theraputic Mask but not very fond of the smell, I use LUSH’s Cosmetic Warrior for post acne spots and Fresh Cupcake is okay. My absolute favorite that I use is super cheap, Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque.

Miki Avatar

Not at the moment, but I just purchased the Mario Badescu Drying Mask for my oily, acne prone skin – will see how it works out!

Before my adventures with Wonderbar, I was using a My Beauty Diary sheet mask a few times a week. I love those things.

For a clay mask, nothing beats Visual Changes Fruit Acid Mask. It’s a line sold at my local spa.

AlyxVeee Avatar

I use Origins mud mask and its amazing, but I love to make my own with simple things like honey, sugar , aspirin, green tea, etc.

Pri Avatar

I recently tried the Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque and it broke me the hell out. Zits everywhere, so sad, I really wanted to like it.

Charlotte Avatar

I have Korres cinnamon and thyme anti-acne clay mask and Alpha H liquid gold mask. I love the Alpha H one but only got a sample in a kit I bought so won’t use that til I really need to, and the Korres one is nice but I’m not sure if it’s doing any good.

I love masks but have yet to find one that I think it worth the money and effort!

Vonvon Avatar

Yes.

I use a variety of masks for various purposes.

Lancome Hydra mask for hydration; Lancome Renergie Morpholift for firming; Laneige Sleeping Pack; and My Beauty Diary sheet masks.

REN Biological Peeling mask.

Kiehl’s Overnight Biological Peel (used to, but didn’t like the oily feel on my skin).

Virginia Avatar

I use the NARS Mud Mask and the Aqua Gel Hydrator. While I like both, I think the Aqua Gel Hydrator is the one really worth it’s money. It instantly hydrates my face, so my skin is plump and glowing. I use it when I get flaky skin due to dry patches or my skin simply looks dull. I now understand why this product is so popular – would totally recommend it!

Scientific Housewife Avatar

I use Laura Mercier’s Deep Cleansing mud mask and Queen Helene’s Mint Julep Mask. I try once a week but sometime I forget 🙂

Jeni Avatar

I use Paula’s Choice Hydrating Mask (I forget its exact name). Since I have really dry skin, I actually just use it as a moisturizer, rather than rinsing it off after 10 minutes. It’s a great moisturizer, or mask!

monica Avatar

I use it too. I use it as a mask about once a week and I use it as a moisturizer when I have very dry skin, usually at bed time. LOVES IT!!

Hilana Avatar

Usually do a home made mask. Depending on the problem. I find that egg whites and oats work great for oily skin. Half an avo mixed with a bit of lemon juice works good for soft skin and so does mashed up strawberries. Egg yolk is great for hair. Messy, all of these, but works well and is cheap. 🙂

I do have the DDF sulfur mask for my oily acne-prone skin, but mostly I use homemade masks. I use french green, bentonite or kaolin clays and add other natural goodness for whatever specific needs my face has at the moment. French green and bentonite clays are great for oily skin. I also make an aspirin mask for acne breakouts.

Jen Avatar

I use DDF’s Sulfur Therapeutic Mask and I love it.. I use it if I get a breakout or a bad pimple or two and it really helps reduce the size. Plus, it feels cool when it’s on because it tightens and feels like it’s giving you a face lift 😉

Emily Avatar

I use Bliss Steep Clean, and I used to have a mud/seaweed mask but I can’t find it anymore! Anyone have a suggestion for a really good mud mask? I love those things! Just can’t find one that’s worth the money again. =(

KarenL Avatar

I use Origins clear improvement charcoal face mask. Its a bit messing and I advice against using a white towel to dry your face afterwards but works really well! 🙂
It says it’s for oily skin but I have normal to dry skin as as long as I put on moisturiser on afterwards, it doesn’t dry my skin out too much.

audrey Avatar

I use this process for face masks:

-cleanse skin with Clarisonic and the Clinique skin cleanser (to cleanse skin)

-With a cosmetic sponge, I squeeze a good size amount onto the sponge and gently spread to an opaque coverage all over my face

-let sit for 10 minutes or until dry to the touch, and the cooling sensation had disappeared

-wash off with warm tap water and pat dry

-I like to exfoliate sometimes just to make sure all of the dry skin is gone. I make a homemade scrub of 2 parts sugar to 1 part fresh lemon juice. I scrub all over my face with a cotton pad and rinse

-Apply Mario Badescu Drying cream to any blemishes

-Apply clinique Moisture Surge moisturizer all over face

Enjoy your clean, rejuvenated and pampered skin!!!

Carrie Avatar

I like Origin’s Clear Improvement for my T-zone and Drink Up for the drier areas. I also use Philosophy’s The Oxygen Peel once in a while. Mostly, I’ll just use a scrub.

Quennie Avatar

Because I have been having eczema attacks, I have been using the Mario Badescu Azulene Calming Mask. I also have the Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque at home.

Hanna Avatar

Yes, I love masks – not too keen on peels.
I switch it up between MAC’s volcanic ash mask, The Body Shops’ Tea Tree mask, St. Ives clay mask and a hydrating mask from No 7. It looks like whipping cream in the container and it’s my favorite one.

LNU Avatar

Well one I liked was h20+ plus sea mineral mud mask, great for my oily skin I just loved it. I tried a new one, boscia detox clarifying mask, and I’m not a fan. After I finish it I think I’ll switch back to the other one.

Yanna Avatar

I’ve used a couple of chemical peel from Image. Not at home though, I go to school for clinical skincare and had my classmate give me a couple. That stuff is awesome!!!!! At home I use all dermalogica products…love that line!!!!!

Kat Avatar

I use St. Ive’s clay mask 1-2 times a week, and Clean and Clear In-Shower Facial 1-2 times a week. I like them. I also use The Body Shop’s oats and honey mask when my skin feels dry (which isn’t very common, but I love it after I’ve been snowboarding or something like that in the winter).

Madi Avatar

once a week i use my boots no. 7 glycolic peel, its been working wonders. Makes my skin soft and smooth, minimizes pores, clears acne and calming redness. 🙂

Alison Avatar

Lately I’ve been using LUSH’s cupcake – I got one for free as a special offer for spending a certain amount. Its nice, but I wouldn’t call it a necessity.

Vanessa Avatar

I’ve been using Shiseido The Skincare Purifying Mask for YEARS, now. Brings all the blackheads on my nose to the surface of the skin!

Brittany Avatar

Does anybody have any reccomendations for a mask for me? I have very very dry ski, I hate my large pores, and my face usually has a few blemishes

Vijaya Avatar

My favorite is Lush’s cupcake. I also use one of Clinique’s masks, when I don’t have a Lush mask on hand.

I’ve always thought about trying the Kate Somerville clearing mask, but I never felt quite right about the price, especially since I wind up liking so few of the masks I try.

Grace Avatar

I’m LOVING Juice Beauty’s Green Apple Peel Sensitive (also comes in a full strength, might give that one a try as well). I do get a slight bit of redness from using it, but it goes away quickly, plus I use at night so it’s not a big deal. I just LOVE how my skin feels after using this, so soft. Everyone should give this peel a try. Amazing! 🙂
