The finish is great! Super creamy.
Hot Rose and Raspberry Pink were favorites of mine when they debuted. I think there was one with Cherry in the name I really liked as well.

I have Your Majesty (brown red) and it’s stunning color! It is hydrating, leaves a stain behind, a little slippery though but fine with a lip liner
I love how hydrating the formula is!
How moisturizing is the formula? I haven’t tried one of these since I’m not keen on trying the testers (stage-fright when applying in front of MUAs and no, no one else is applying anything on my lips ?). If it’s not hydrating enough my lips just suck up all the moisture leaving a goopy mess on my lips. Very attractive, not!
I would usually just buy one to try but really I can’t, I’m trying to save up to go visit my brother and his wife in Australia so no can do! I’m trying to be very particular about what I buy these days. I don’t need yet another lipstick that I can’t wear or that takes a lot of maintenance to keep looking nice.
Also, what would you recommend for those of us who need super-moisturizing formulae? I love the Guerlain Rouge Gs, Givenchy Le Rouge and Urban Decay Revolution lipsticks but none of them wear as well on my lips as the Surratt Lipsliques. They don’t go goopy at all and they wear evenly. I can top up the colour without having to take the remaining product off. For my lips that’s crazy! And a special mention to the Tom Ford Patent Finish Lip Color, which wears like iron and stays looking lovely all day. Madness!

A very lippy day, this, perfect, I love lipsticks. I must try one of these in a not to far away future. But how to narrow it down to just one!!!

There are a lot of great lipstick collections out now! Bobbi Brown,Bite, Urban Decay, Chanel. Bad for a lipstick junkie like me, lol
I love Bobbi Brown lipsticks but I LOOOVVVEEE the Luxe line. I own Neutral Rose, Red Velvet, and Brocade. During the holidays, a BB MUA applied Brocade and BB’s High Shimmer Lip Gloss in Pink Sequin – I just about fainted, it was so glamorous. Pink Nude is on my list, and will swatch Raspberry Pink and Hot Rose from your list, Christine. Wonderfully hydrating, well pigmented and beautifully presented in a gold with black casing. A+ is spot on!
Some of these have been on my wishlist for a while!
Christine (or anyone :)), are these more hydrating then the Amuse Bouche from Bite Beauty? I was so tempted by those Amuse Bouche, but now that I see these BB-ones again, I think a need to change my mind 🙂 (saving up for an order at Sephora.. #firstworldproblems)
Thanks for the review. I have Bobbi Brown’s nourishing lip color but sometimes I need more pigment and staying power. I had been considering the Luxe Lip color for some time. I think I’ll go out and try them this week.

This is my absolute favourite lipstick formula of all times. I try practically all lipstick collections that come out near me, and none has been as creamy and nourishing for my lips as these. I have Hibiscus, a marvellous colour, and I want to get some more summery colours despite the fact that I have lipstick from lots of other companies to wear and review on my own blog.
The finish and texture of this formula are great! I hope the brand releases more shades.
I agree that this is a gorgeous lipstick formula 🙂 I have and love Pink Buff, Almost Bare and Retro Coral. The formula is so creamy and smooth and the wear time fantastic on me. I’ll definitely purchase more of these.
