All I can say is that it’s a good thing I stayed away from the sheer UD lipsticks when I placed an Ulta order to take advantage of 3x points a couple of hours ago!

Thank you for making this list Christine! Oh gosh, I am not ready for this at all lol. Well, if I do get anything I think it will likely be a Too Faced/Japonesque/Laura Geller blush. I was going through my blushes just the other day and realized that almost all of them are Nars orgasm-esque (I have Nars orgasm and like 3-4 other blushes that are fairly close dupes-what’s up with that?), peach/beige, or a very muted pink. I need to expand my comfort zone. Of the three brands I’ve only tried Laura Geller’s blush, but they all seem to get pretty good reviews? I see some swatch research in my future.

I might also look at the Stila Smudge Stick Eye Liner (finally started wearing eyeliner), although I’m not sure about that because I know I can get them cheaper than this sale price on Hautelook when they have Stila products. Except Hautelook doesn’t always have a lot of color options. Hm.

Nicole, I’ve tried the Laura Geller blushes and also a Japonesque one (got a deluxe free sample of that). My fav of the Geller ones is the Pink Buttercream; it’s a light pink that gives you a healthy glow – actually all of her blushes impart a healthy glow. The ones I’ve tried are pretty pigmented (and easy to blend or build up) so you only need a little. There’s a pretty good selection of shades for different skintones (other than dark) and “looks”. You could probably find one you like. I will warn you/suggest though, if you move to darker pinks or rose shades in her line, you really should personally swatch them since they are very pigmented, they may apply darker on your skin than you expect. The Japonesque blush I got the sample of was Shade 1. I thought it would be more pink but on me it pulled strongly peach. It is also very pigmented but significantly more difficult to blend; although the shade is buildable. I would have kept the blush sample but the shade just didn’t work for me.

Thank you so much for the info, Michele! Pink Buttercream looks like a gorgeous color from what I can tell from online swatches. That one’s definitely going on my list. Thank you for suggesting it! I absolutely agree with you about Laura Geller’s darker blushes-I haven’t tried the blush n brighten, but I got one of her baked blushes in a kit and it’s a dark pink-I was shocked by how intensely and almost excessively pigmented it was (at least for me). I still haven’t used it for that reason. That’s really good to know about the Japonesque blushes. I may pass on those. If it was a great color that I loved, maybe, but I don’t like the sound of pigmented and hard to blend. I feel like that would show up badly on my pale/dry skin.

Since shipping is free with no minimum for Platinum members during this sale, I’ve already bought the IT powder this morning. I’m also thinking about/planning to get: the IT brush set (I have a few IT brushes and other than the velvet contour one, they are all superb), UD sheer lipsticks, backup Mario Badescu on 3/26 for 25% off, IT shadow brush on 3/27 for $7, and maybe the IT serum primer of 4/2 for 50% off.

50% off Stila Smidgesticks is such a good deal! Spice and Lionfish are my jam and formula is fantastic. I am definitely going to take this as an opportunity to try out the sheer revolution lipstick, and try to snag the IT cosmetics shadow brush they posted as well. It really is a good sale!

Any details on th IT cosmetics brushes? In the ad,When I read it ,I thought it was saying only one type of brush.looked like a general shadow brush. So,it’s all the IT brushes in that tier? I’m out of town and don’t have my flyer.
Also, I can’t remember the date but the Dermadoctor vitamin C serum ,I think is going to be heavily discounted during this sale .its great! I love it! It’s pretty emollient doe to inclusion of vit e. So,people with dry skin may want to snatch it up and put it in a cold dark storage place or use it a night. I also really the eye cream in the line. It may be in the sale too!

Hey, Nicole, I have the paper flyer, and it doesn’t list all the deals (WTH???), but if you click on Christine’s link “21 days of Beauty Event”, you can see them all. On 3/16, there’s a 5 piece travel IT brush that will go for $ 18 (reg $30), and it’s an Online Only deal. I’ve seen it in stores, and I don’t think some brushes were quite the same quality as the singles, but it’s hard to beat the singles, and it’s probably one of the better travel brush sets out there. Plus if you lose your luggage, they are easy to replace and aren’t super expensive. On 3/27, the IT Airbrush All Over Shadow Brush will go on sale for $ 7 (reg $14). I have this brush, and it’s very nice, just a little big for me because I have small eyes, but will work for most people.

Thanks for the heads up on the travel brush set Katherine!I could totally use one of those! I hate worrying about my good brushes. I even hate just putting them in a brush roll for road trips for business. I’m going to try to snag that for sure! I may try the shadow brush too. Usually ,if those don’t work for shadow, I’ll repurpose them for concealer or under eye powder or something like that . $7 can’t beat it!

Thank you so much, Christine!
The Ulta brochure does not list the online items at all! Would never have known about the Stila palettes!
