Sponsored: Beautiful Gifts for Your Wish List at Macy's
Anastasia Lustrous Lip Gloss Set ($40.00) includes eight full-sized lipglosses, so it is a tremendous value! The glosses are an assortment of shimmers and creams, some semi-sheer and some totally opaque. The formula was a real surprise hit for me! (Read reviews or see swatches.)
Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator ($26.00) comes in two versions, Gilded Honey (gold) and Ballerina (rose gold), and both are fantastic, but I am partial to Ballerina myself. I keep both in my “holy grail” drawer, which is what I tend to wear when I have a non-testing day! (Read reviews or see swatches.)
Inglot Freedom System + Eyeshadows ($7.00 per eyeshadow) have a limited selection now available online through Macy’s ! Whether you’re giving or receiving, a custom palette has that special touch of being personalized and you can give careful thought to the recipient when creating it. Inglot’s Pearl eyeshadows are my favorite of their finishes, but their Mattes are nice, too! (Read reviews or see swatches.)
Laura Mercier Matte-to-Metal Caviar Stick Collection ($58.00) has become a set I look forward to each holiday season! The Caviar Sticks are creamy, jumbo eye pencils that can be used alone or as an eyeshadow base. They apply easily without tugging, last a long time on their own, and are shimmery enough to add depth but not too frosted. (Read reviews or see swatches.)
Clarins Fix’ Makeup Refreshing Mist ($27.00) is a setting spray that is supposed to refresh as well as prolong the wear of your makeup–and it does! This was a savior whenever I was out and about during the summer, and what I really liked about it was that it was also comfortable to wear and didn’t feel like I put anything on my face.
Origins Your Perfect World Set ($52.00) is a nice way to try out the Perfect World range, which is one of my go-tos. I’m a huge fan of Origins skincare, as I find it works well for my skin and doesn’t over-promise on claims. I’m actually half-way through my fourth or fifth A Perfect World SPF 25 jar! (Read reviews.)
Bobbi Brown Luxe Lip Color ($35.00) is a new formula that Bobbi Brown launched this year that features a really creamy, rich consistency that applies smoothly and is quite pigmented. The shade range has some real hits, like Soft Berry and Neutral Rose. (Read reviews or see swatches.)
Philosophy Season of Sparkle Set ($27.00) includes three 6 oz. bottles of holiday scents. I’m a long-time fan of philosophy shower gels (they’re basically the only body wash I use!), and the holiday scents are typically my favorite. The best part? Lots and lots of scents of smaller sizes, which come in an easier-to-squeeze tube (softer plastic than the 16 oz. bottles) AND I can try more scents as it takes awhile to get through a full-size bottle. (Read reviews.)
Estee Lauder Be Envied Pure Color Envy Sculpting Lipstick Set ($37.50) features four shades from one of my favorite lipstick formulas! It’s a great way to try without purchasing them individually (you’re getting four shades to try for a little more than the price of one shade, though these are not full-sized, of course!). (Read reviews or see swatches.)
Clinique Cheek Pop Blush ($22.00) is one of my favorite blush formulas, because the finish is luminous–glowing but not frosted, natural and never flat. I love shades like Peach Pop, Ginger Pop, and Cola Pop! (Read reviews or see swatches.)
Macy’s Friends & Family sale is going on now where you can save 25% off with code FRIEND! With an $85+ purchase, you can receive a free 4-piece plate set, plus free shipping, through 12/5.
I would NOT complain if I found any of these under the Christmas tree 😀
Neither would I!
Just to say I appreciate that you clearly mark sponsored posts!
Also, from your last one of these lists, what’s your favourite scent in the Jack Black Lip balms? Are there any you don’t like?
There are none that I don’t like, but I tend to favor the mint one! My next favorite is the lemon. I also like the Shea Butter one a lot (only recently tried that one!). 🙂
Thanks! One of the Jack Black balm sets (I’ve seen two different versions available, haven’t decided which I want) is definitely on my Christmas wishlist!
Macy’s would NEVER include cosmetics in a sale! Is it worth even trying to see if they have? Hmm… probably not. Could you imagine if hey had 25% off and it included cosmetics?! There would be a riot!
Beauty/fragrance isn’t included in the sale, but they have a special gift promotion for all purchases (in general), plus the usual suspects like your brand-specific GWPs!
Wow, some great picks here! I stumbled upon Inglot at my local Macy’s last year, was so thrilled! Compared to their website, there’s only a modest selection of colors, but better than nothing. I love being able to pick my own colors, and the prices are very affordable for both the shadows (the pans are HUGE) and the empty compact, which comes with big mirror and applicator. Just a word of warning–they have 2 kinds of compacts, one has a clear frosted top with no mirror/applicator, and it’s really heavy! The other compact (with mirror and applicator) is lighter, but the 3 pan one tends to be heavy because of the big mirror, so I prefer the 1-2 pan one.
Thanks, Katherine! It is nice to at least see some of them in person. It is hard to pick them out without seeing them in person when they have SO many on the site!
Beautylish.com has great swatches of the Inglot shadows, one on light skin and one on darker skin. The quality does vary by shadow, with shimmery/satin ones performing better than mattes, and neutrals tend to do better than blues/purples but the selection is so huge, you are bound to find good ones in there. After swatching in store, my rec is to stay away from the Rainbow shadows (3 colors in 1 pan), as the quality was not as good as the singles, they were much drier and stiffer.
FIG POP! FIG POP!!!
Sorry, just had to get that out. I bought Fig Pop ’cause of your review and was so glad I did. It was my go-to shade all autumn. <3
Haha! I’m so happy to hear it <3
It’s nice that they carry Inglot. All these look like great gifts. My only gripe with Macy’s is shipping is so expensive unless your buy $50 or more.
Totally understand! I don’t like paying shipping so I always try to meet whatever the retailer’s threshold is, lol.
