Looks - Bright Greens and Teals, Over the Top

Just had some fun playing around with the mineralize duos and went for something more over the top than anything else 😉 I wanted to see how the green would play over a very green base. I also picked up two new duos and two new blushes to play with, which I’ll share with you later today or tomorrow 🙂 (I have to work on my final draft of my argument to hand in tomorrow, so…!)

It’s Tuesday, and I’m feeling lazy as ever – all I want to do is play some Guitar Hero and bug Mellan. How are you guys pushing through the week?

I used True Chartreuse pigment on lid, Fresh Green Mix mineralize eyeshadow (solid side) (LE) all over lid, Shimmermoss eyeshadow on outer lid/crease, Sea & Sky mineralize eyeshadow (solid side) (LE) above crease, Gorgeous Gold eyeshadow above crease, Nylon eyeshadow to highlight brow, Graphblack technakohl on lower lash line, and Plushlash mascara on lashes. I had Warm Soul mineralize blush (LE) on cheeks. I wore Soft Lust lipstick (LE) with Tartlette lipglass (LE) on my lips.

** These are recommendations for dupes based on permanent colors available — may not necessarily be identical; they are the closest I can think of!

Fresh Green Mix = Bitter; Sea & Sky = Freshwater; Warm Soul = Honour; Soft Lust = Sandy B; Tartlette = Lychee Luxe

loving the greens on you!! this week sucks for me, it’s the busy season for the moving industry, so we are swamped with demanding (read: annoying) customers and problems moves. The only thing getting me through this week is the promise of a FULL WEEKEND OFF (first time in the last 3 months), a MAC package coming today (Electroflash and Sonic Chic goodies!!), and my Color Forms goodies being shipped on Friday (at least i can stalk it via DHL tracking!!).

*sigh* next job will have nothing to do with phones, i swear. if i hear it ring one more time, it’s going out the window.

I don’t like this look. Too over the top. It’d be alright if the shadow was more.. translucent? But good blending skills anyhow, and love the lips.

I really love this! I don’t think it’s too much. But your brows do look different. Did you change them up somehow? Not bad different, though. Great job Christine!! I hope you don’t mind if I try this.

Could you do a look with Pleasantry? I’m interested in that one but I have Sweetness & Fashion Frenzy, so seeing it on you would help make up my mind. The only e/s I bought so far from Electroflash was Hot Contrast. I love the purpley-grey colour!

Sorry for the late reply. I kept it simple w/Rollickin’ as base (’cause my Stila Jade smudgpot is becoming a dried out mess), Vex as highlight, and Carbon over Engraved as liner.

Tried the new Love Thing Sonic blush (need to blend it out like mad) & Scant slimshine, since I went reddish/pink w/the blush. Otherwise, I would’ve gone w/a peachy blush & lip.
