– I usually apply it in the morning around 8am, unless I’m going out at night, I’ll apply fresh makeup in the evening.

-For a neutral everyday look, I’ll spend between 20-30minutes.
I love to spend more (45 minutes), if time allows.

I usually apply my make like around 8 in morning it takes like about an hour to do hair and makeup cause I get side tracked and start looking at other things, first i apply my 1.foundation,2. powder,3. primer for shadow, 4.shadow or just mascara, 4.blush, 5.lip balm, 6. spritz of evian spray. If i do not use shadow i always use the sinful udpp by itself for lids cause its just makes me look 🙂

First: tinted moisturizer or foundation (depends on surprise blemishes..); then concealer; setting powder; blush; eyeshadows (I’ve been going for more neutral looks lately); mascara; eye liner along waterline; lipstick. I might add a higlighter or something like that after if I’m feeling the need of a more made up look.

I apply make-up about half an hour after waking up–I need a cup of coffee first! It takes me about thirty minutes to do my make-up. After washing and prepping my face, I apply foundation, blush, and a light dusting of translucent powder. Next come the eyes: eyebrow powder, eye shadow, liner, then mascara. The lips are the last thing. Most days I’m a lipgloss kind of girl, but when I need to look more groomed, I use a lipliner and lipstick with a dab of gloss.

This has actually always been a problem for me, maybe someone can give pointers!
If I know I’m going out at night, I’ll hold off on applying until right before I leave (which puts me in the office all day, no makeup) because it never looks as fresh, and also I find that foundation etc settles in a little differently if I put it on at 8am. Any good ideas on touch ups?
Other than that I spend 20-30 minutes, eyes first, foundation, blush, brows, and lips right as I’m headed out the door!
Makeup gets applied just after I moisturize (and sometimes prime) my face, because I feel like concealer just doesn’t go on right if I let too much time pass. It definitely “melts” into my skin better when I’m freshly out of the shower.
If I’m not sure what the day’s activities will entail, sometimes I’ll just do the face “correcting” moves and leave color for later.

I usually put on make up in the morning and spend about 20 mins doing so. I start with moisturizer, then foundation, concealer, setting powder, blush bronzer. Then I do my eyes – cream base, eyeshadow, liner, mascara… and eyebrows! I often skip a few steps when I’m in a bit of a hurry.
I usually apply my makeup before I leave my house, which is anytime from 7am to 12pm. I would say I spend maybe 10-20 minutes? First I put on lotion, powder foundation, eyeshadow, curl my eyelashes, eyeliner, mascara, concealer, blush, and lastly lipstick.
I had to read this THREE times before I read it correctly. I kept seeing, “What do you apply your make-up in?” and thought, “What a bizarre question! What does she mean??? In my clothes?” LOL!

I apply my MAC paint in Sublime Nature on my lid or MAC Rubenesque Paint Pot, then either MAC Style Snob Eyeshadow just on the lid or MAC Honesty eyeshadow on the lid and Style Snob in the crease. Finally for eyeshadow I sometimes put MAC Shroom eyeshadow for an inner corner highlight. Afterwards I line my waterline and lid with MAC Fluidline in blacktrack or MAC Powerpoint eye pencil in Engraved. Afterwards I apply MAC Plushlash mascara. If i feel a little bit self conscious of my skin i’ll apply MAC Studio Finish concealer and MAC MSF Natural to set it.
– I usually do my makeup around 7am.
– I spend no more than 20 minutes on a work day. If it’s the weekend and I’m going out, I’ll definitely spend a little more time making it more special and perfect.
– Undereye concealer, spot concealer, Mineralize Skinfinish all over, eye primer, lid and crease shadows, eyebrows, clear mascara on eyebrows, mascara, highlight color once clear mascara dries, bronzer, blush, lips. Whew!

When I was in high school (I am in an in-between stage of being out of high school and not yet being in college, and being jobless!), I would apply it around 6:30-7am. So, usually quite early in the morning, as that is usually when I have to leave!

I’d have to say… Probably an hour. Some days I spend almost 2 hours on my eyes alone, and other days I can get a look down in 30 minutes. I’m very detail oriented and a slight perfectionist with my makeup. Plus, I do both eyes at once as opposed to completing one eye and moving on to the other.
What order do you apply your makeup in?
Right now, I do it as such: Moisturizer+sunscreen, sheer setting powder, eye primer, cream shadow, eyeshadow, liner on upper lash line (not in all looks), highlighter, brow product, liner on lower lash line, mascara (usually bottom and top lashes). Then gloss and stuff.
Will be incorporating my new eyecream and eventually concealer in there, after the sunscreen!

Around 9-10 AM. I work till 8, so I come home, and play around. If i’m wearing it for work, I apply it in crappy bathroom lighting, around 11 PM.
Work makeup? Maybe 5-10 minutes. FIll in brows, coat of mascara, tinted moisturizer, maybe eyeliner. Usually though, that doesn’t happen. My fun makeup? Rarely faster than 20 minutes, because I really enjoy fussing.
What order? Eyes shadows, finish skin, alternating steps with mascara and eyeliner. Lips last.
1) If I’m off to university, then in the morning, if I have a day off and I’m going somewhere out then afternoon, evening. I don’t wear make-up if I’m not going somewhere.

What time do you usually apply your makeup? 7:20 a.m. when I finally get my faced washed and moisturized. And sometimes on Tuesdays I have time in between work and class so I shower again and redo my makeup for the fun of it 🙂 so around 3:00 p.m.
How long do you spend (on average)? About 40 minutes, sometimes less depending on how elaborate my eyes are or how slow I am that morning or how many times I go on Temptalia.com or YT or the weather…
What order do you apply your makeup in? Eyeshadow then liner then I move on to foundation then I do blush then set it all. Then mascara (although I’ve been forgetting this step about once a week lately, I should just keep a tube in my purse) and then lips.

2) Between 15-20 minutes (if it was a *rough* night it could take longer). If I'm doing it for an after work or weekend event then it'll take about 30 minutes.

I apply my makeup in the morning before I leave for work.
I always do my make up and hair as the last thing before leaving. Doesn’t matter the time. If I don’t go out until 3pm, then I’m doing my hair and makeup just before that.
On average it takes me 20 minutes. Most of the time is spent on my eyes.
My order:
-Lotion/skin care, concealer, foundation
-Eye shadow, liner, eye lash primer,
-Blush/bronzer
-Mascara
-Lips (if I do anything to them)
1- lightly in the morning, because i’m still half asleep then after my afternoon shower around 1pm ill do full makeup
2- depends, in the morning, 10 minutes tops but if im getting ready to go do something important that i need to look good about 25-30 minutes if i super take my time.
3-moisturizer (do something with my hair while that’s soaking in) then eye primer, foundation, msf’s, eye base, shadows, liner, blush, bronzer, powder, mascara. (brush teeth again lol) lipstick, lip gloss, perfume. 🙂
