I’m really irritated that Sephora decided to release theirs via Snapchat and in bits and pieces–especially because I haven’t gotten any of the ones they’ve sent. I like to pre-plan farther ahead than this :/

It just seems like a ridiculous choice to me to get followers on Snapchat or something. I feel like they’d get so much more excitement releasing it normally like Ulta did. I haven’t shopped at Sephora in a while due to Ulta’s rewards program being better and this isn’t changing my mind.

I so agree with this—I wanted to be more organized too and the fact that I’m not is frustrating. Especially after the fiasco during the big sale this month! It seems like it was more organized last year–didn’t they post on Pinterest (or am I forgetting?)

I have a few questions about the MUFE sale and could use some help deciphering what it means.

—The Aqua Shadows that are 2/$10….do you think that is the Aqua Cream Waterproof Cream Colors in the pots? If not, I wonder what else it could be?
—Aqua Eyes from the Sepia Collection 2/$10….no clue on this one. Can’t find the Sepia Collection on the MUFE site either.
—$19 Aqua Shadow kit….another one I can’t find.
—As for the Makeup Artists Pick Set, I’m assuming that is the one in the MUFE ad. Same for the Extravagant Eyes on the Go set.

Any input you have would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

This might be a silly question, but is the too faced 50% off saledeal on Nov 29-30 only good for items already on sale or the whole site? If it is whole site, it is heck of a good deal!

Asos is a huge , well-recognized site in the UK, and Australia. They won’t ship Nars to Australia, where there is an exclusive distribution deal, and stock lots and lots of brands. Those two things would make me very, very confident it’s genuine!

I checked my own Bloomingdale’s email – for those of you who are interested in cosmetics/fragrance, the fine print on the “Take $25 off almost every $200” deal specifically says

“Offer excludes all cosmetics & fragrances, Space NK, gift cards, Interior Design Special Orders, Maximilian Fur Services, Restaurants, Rug Cleaning Services, Shop At Home Services”

as well as a long list of brand exclusions for many categories.

I googled for the MUFE Artisan Brush Kit and they cost like $200+! Perhaps they mean the Travel Brush Set? Coz that one is retailed at $65.

Don’t forget they’ll be at all the big retailers on Cyber Monday! 🙂 I bought them and did overnight shipping, but no idea if my order will process (best case scenario, I’ll get them sometime on December 1st) – not sure they won’t hold the order for the $ amount.

Yep, I’m going to be ready for 12/1! I swore they didn’t launch until tomorrow for some reason, but now I have a few days to narrow it down from “all of them” to “just a few that I really really like”. Which, still, mostly all of them 🙂 I did pick up Alexander, though, which was one of the few that really caught my eye the first time around so I was glad to see it was still in stock!

Actually I’m not really sure what they are doing because I got on the website at 12:05 and they only had about 15 of the lipsticks available and I’m pretty positive they didn’t sell out in 3 minutes…

Aww, thank you so much! 🙂 Oo! Audrey looks so pretty! It definitely would be a favorite of mine as far as the color! My lips are naturally dark purple Berry so I have gone a different route after my pigmentation got in the way! If all went well, I still do want to try one of these someday! Me too! I’m Guessing the key will be to go lightly.. #4, Mauve Pigment, turns mahogany on me, but it’s quite lovely.. I think I’ll need that OCC CLEAR ANTI/FEATHER liner WWendy suggested.. I’m SO PALE, a little off the lips is garish:D I love it, though! 😛 #1 will probsbly turn black purple.. But I can blend! 😀

My box arrived… Today. I’m Anxious to open it! 😛 I’m letting it sit and adjust.. It’s overwhelming right now! Boxes, deliveries.. The obvious damage I made and need to face.. And ENJOY! 😀 Lucky me, I injured myself IN MY SLEEP (ikr?) And my neck and left shoulder blade are stiff, connected in pain so two different forms of torture! I’ve never ordered directly from YSL before.. Some places and returns don’t work which doesn’t help my neurotic love of collecting & not using.. So selfish! I give back equally so that helps a bit.. Just FYI, I tried buying something at the Murad site using “cybermonday” and it didn’t give me any free shipping. 🙁 They even have a banner promoting it there, but it didn’t go through that way.

I tried to order from Inglot on Dec. 3 (last day of holiday sale). Well, it didn’t work out for me. I’m guessing it was a timezone issue. I’ve tried emailing customer service twice now, with absolutely no response back. I just didn’t think I’d be cut off from the sale at 9pm PST on the third. Very bummed. I didn’t see anywhere on the Inglot site that people on the west coast would be cut off at 9pm. I consider Inglot to have very poor customer service now, as they have apparently ignored my two emails. I’m so disappointed. Do you have any idea when they will be having another sale, Christine?
