Same here, creamy and opaque. Shimmer in a lipstick makes me look older for some reason (I know that makes no sense), but in gloss it’s OK. Go figure!

I love all textures. What I choose to wear really just depends on my mood or the look I’m going for. However, because my lips have an uneven tone and are quite pigmented, I guess I am drawn more to lipsticks that are opaque e.g. MAC matte, mattene, amplified creme, pro longwear lipcolour and so on.

I prefer more sheer lipsticks in general, because I think they complement my “everyday” look better. Also because I find that I tend to like the feel of sheer lipsticks on my lips better than really opaque ones.

I like matte, opaque lipsticks (and everything else), and sheer ones that add multidimensional shimmer, but don’t greatly affect color. I’m a sucker for iridescence and bold pigmentation :p

I like glitter, shimmer, frost, and shine! The more, the better! I like a fuller coverage but I usually do a very strong eye, so if the lips have less coverage, that’s okay. As long as they sparkle!

I like both opaque and sheer lipsticks, but I’m not a huge fan of shimmer. I like a soft sheen for a finish as well. Mattes have great staying power but they tend to make my lips look wrinkly and shriveled if I don’t use a gloss.
