Nars One Night Stand from the Guy Bourdin collection. I had my eyes on that palette and soooo regret not buying it. Also, OPI Catch Me in Your Net. Tons of dupes for it but that name just calls to me.
I got mine in ebay- (the guy bourdin NARS I mean) From time to time there are still some offers.
Wish I had bought the Sigma Creme de Couture Palette, I can’t find a brand that does a good selection of pastel matte shades.

I am not familiar with the Sigma Palette, but for the last year I have used only the Naturally Pretty Palette Vol. 1 by IT Cosmetics. 14 mattes and a larger pearl shadow. IT also does 3 shadows together. Check out Pretty in Nudes. I find these to be amazing shadows found @ Ulta, but the best deals are ususally on QVC. Both retailers are sale-ing right now.
My eyes are sensitive/allergy prone and I find these to be the best, especially with a shadow primer. Gorgeous pales that still define.
MAC Prince Noir lipstick. I have a good dupe, but every time I see that shade, I wish I would have bought it.

Chanel Jade is my biggest lemming too! Why didn’t I buy it? I now buy every LE Chanel nail polish. The ebay Jade’s are over $200 (and usually up to $400) and sometimes from suspicious places.
Chanel Quadra Eye Shadow HARMONIE DU SOIR. Definitely regret not buying this. But it was close to a whooping $100 here so…
Harmonie du Soir is my favorite eyeshadow product of all time. If you ever see it on ebay for less than an arm and a leg, it’s totally worth it. I wish I had also snagged Topkapi, which is similar.

Caron perfume from the large decanters at their flagship shop in Paris; at the time I didn’t understand how special this moment was…I could weep!

The Jasmine Storylook palette and compact mirror from the Sephora/Disney Jasmine collection. The mirror always seemed to be sold out and at the time I couldn’t afford the palette.
Oh! me too, that palette was soooo beautiful! At first I decided I was not going to get it so I didn’t even try, later I regreted that decision but it was too late.
Most of the Rihanna lipsticks (except for Riri Woo, that really is too close to Ruby Woo). I just didn’t get in on the hype and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of the online waiting room (I still can’t really figure out why Mac had one). Those lipsticks look so gorgeous on almost everyone I’ve seen wearing them, and I love the retro matte formula…I don’t know what I was thinking!
theBalm’s Cast Your Shadow / Muppets palette! I know they only made 500, but still – I feel the loss to this day, lol!
Oh, I feel you on that one!! I love the Muppets but that version sold out, so I had to get the one that was soap opera themed.

Sort-of same for me… I had it, and the one time I decide to bring it with me anywhere (my family was in town and we were going out, so I wanted to look nice and wear one of my nicer lippies I save for special occasions/don’t wear a lot), it got stolen when my car was broken into, along with the rest of my makeup I had with me, my backpack, laptop, etc.
So I regret not buying a backup! … Or just taking it with me in the first place. 🙁
I always regret not buying the limited edition palettes and makeup sets that come out near Christmas. When I finally decide to buy them, they’re all out and overpriced on eBay!

Exclusive Event from the MAC Divine Night collection. I’m also rueful that I didn’t get a backup for Illamasqua Facade. I’ll have to see if an indie brand does muddy greyish taupe for lips.

YES! MAC Modern Pewter and bareMinerals 5AM are on my regret-not-buying list, too! At least with the MAC one, they might re-release it at some point in the future for a new collection – fingers crossed!
Giorgio Armani Liquid Summer Bronzer – It will take me forever to finish it, but it is so easy to blend.
Oh, good question… There are probably some LE’s that I regret not buying but nothing specific comes to mind at the moment, really. So I guess I’ll never be THAT gutted about not buying a certain product 😉
Bobbi Brown Rich Chocolate palette, but she does this sort of thing every year so hopefully I’ll pick up something from this year

As of last night, because it went out of stock, OCC’s Lip Tar and nail polish duo in Black Dahlia. It was on sale for 18$ online at Sephora. I hesitated and missed out. Sigh.

That I wish I did, and still can if I go back to the store? Meteorites Voyage, Hourglass Mood Light, the larger size of Hourglass primer, Maskcara IIID Foundation (though from reviews I may have dodged a bullet there)
That I can’t buy anymore? Illamasqua foundation and Raindrops polish (I guess i can, if I ship from overseas, but with foundation color and all I doubt I will), Mac Riri Woo, and I regret not stocking up on B&BW Moonlight Path something like 15 years ago when it was the original scent. I’ve never in my life gotten so many compliments on anything as I did when I was wearing that perfume or lotion. I had random men stop me and ask what it was when I was out doing stuff.
The Estee Lauder Gelee highlighters. I wish I knew about them when they were available. They’re so hard to find at a decent price but so gorgeous.
That Chanel Camellia highlighter (I think that was the name). SO PRETTY. I like to think that it would have changed my highlighter life, LOL!
I regret not buying Guerlain’s holiday 2009 eyeshadow quad, 407 Bal de Nuit.
I would still love to get my hands on it!

MAC Stereo Rose, although I’m sure they’ll repromote soon! I also regret not buying about 4 backups of OPI Teenage Dream. It’s my all-time favourite glitter, and I miss it badly!

I regret not getting the Anastasia Beverly Hills contour palette. I just pray to the makeup gods someday it becomes part of the permanent line
You can get it on the Anastasia website with a huge range of expanded shades to customize your own palette now. It is permanent.
MAC RiRi Woo Lipstick. I bought the lipglass and it is the PERFECT red for my complexion. I have other red lipsticks and yet, I reach for my RiRi Woo Lipglass when I want sexy red lips. I didn’t buy the lipstick because it was matte in texture and I have crazy dry lips, but I feel it would compliment the lipglass so well. Definitely sorry I skipped four opportunities to purchase it.
Urban decay 15 year anniversary palette!! My friend has it and every time I go to her house I have to steal a look at it 🙂

The Tarte True Blood eyeshadow palette, I don’t even know if it was a good one but I loved the colours, the packaging and even the show sometimes!
Also the full size of the nail polish Fly from the OPI Nicki Minaj collection. I had the mini and it was gorgeous.

The biggest regret I have right now was not purchasing two of the Nars Sex Fantasy blushes while they were available! When I first looked at it, I really wasn’t all that impressed with it and didn’t think I would love it so much. However, nothing else I’ve tried brightens up my face as much as that blush! I restrain myself from using it every time I do my makeup so it will last longer. When I do use it, I kick myself all over again!! =)
That would be (HANDS DOWN)!! the Guerlain Turandot eyeshadow palette. I loved every color in it and when I saw your wedding photos featuring it, I was literally sick to my stomach that I hadn’t purchased it before it sold out.

Bobbi Brown’s Old Hollywood Palette. I saw it in England a few years ago and didn’t realise the gem it was.

Not so much regret not buying but I had the original book of shadows and VOL II and I regret depotting the shadows and throwing out the packaging.
The 1st NAKED eye shadow palette from UD.
The only palette I kick myself occasionally for not picking up was UD Vice #1. It’s not a huge regret, though, since they wound up releasing my favorite shade from the palette in a single (Laced).
Giorgio Armani #406 was also a sad miss. Apparently, it really was LE, so I missed out on it when I tried to pick it up after the holiday season. (I’ve yet to see it pop up on Ebay, either!) Chanel discontinued Rouge Noir and Bon Bon literally weeks before I went in to buy them, so I was pretty mad about that, haha. Rouge Noir pops up occasionally on Ebay, but I’ve yet to talk myself into spending double the cost of the original to get it. (If anybody has any dupe recommendations, I am all ears! I love those intense vampy shades. I’ve seen similar ones but none with the exact balance of brown and burgundy.)

When I was younger, I wore an Irish perfume called Emerald that I could only find at a little independent Celtic store. I did not repurchase because I used it so sparingly, and then it went away forever! I have looked for it for years, but cannot find it anywhere. It makes me sad because I am extremely picky with perfumes and that was my favorite one. If I could redo things, I would have bought several!

Guerlain Liu Rouge automatique! I’ve or ages and now that I’ve learned that it has been discontinued along most Rouge automatique shades, I can’t find it anywhere. 🙁 I might still find it somewhere, but I’m going to be crushed if I don’t!
Also: Chanel Delight.
Anne, when I searched Guerlain Liu, I found it to be a spot on dupe for Smashbox Be Legendary lipstick in Grenadine, which is why I skipped it. You might want to give it a look. (I’m an NW10/15 for reference.)

That was Fenberry from the Berry Collection. They rereleased it for a couple of weeks last Christmas as well (it was my Christmas gift to myself), so keep an eye out on their site – who knows, they might bring it back this winter. It really is gorgeous though.
I so wished I purchase Dior Amber Diamond and Rose Diamond…..ugh!!
OCC’s Triptych. Its such a pretty gold but they no longer sell it! I bought the stained gloss in Dune to kinda duplicate its effect but meh….
The odd limited edition item, that’s all. Anything else, I can purchase any time.

Psh! Plenty. I’m super paranoid about buyer’s remorse, so I end up with passer-up’s remorse as a result. It’s terrible. One I definitely will always weep for is the Vice 1 palette.
Clarins Unicorn Pee, but I’ve seen videos from people who purchased it and the polish looks nothing like what it did when it was new. It wasn’t meant to last, I guess.
Also, the original Stereo Rose. The one they have now looks nothing like the original.

definitely the Alice in Wonderland Palette from Urban Decay. It was in my hands and I thought nah, I’ll wait and get it next time. I had no idea it would be one of those things that would sell out and never be seen from again! So much regret since I really did want that particular one more than any other palette!!
Also regret at the time being tunnel visioned into hunting for Mac Blitz and Glitz fluidline (which became permanent) and totally overlooking queen’s sin lipstick!! I am waiting on the repromote for that lipstick! It was definitely a Red that got away!
Also I had the most perfect red lipgloss from Victoria’s secret Aura Science. It was the red one and I only bought one when it was on clearance. It was so beautiful I always got compliments on it. My sister borrowed it and someone STOLE it from her car! I regret not buying more backups because it was THE perfect red gloss! I still hunt red lipglosses to fill the void and still have not found anything close!
Missing out on all the riri lipsticks from Mac. I’m usually on top of it but I just missed the ball on these ones.

Guerlain Crazy 68 Meteorites Compact – I saw it once and thought “I’ll come back later”……well, there were none left later 🙁 ! I truly regret this because it was totally my fault! I also wish I had got Chanel Taboo nail polish!
