Statement Fuchsia Lips
About this Look
This is one of my go-to favourite looks because the eye make up is simple while the whole focus is on the lips. I used a light shimmery shade on the eye lids and under the bottom lash line and also applied a thin line of black liquid liner close to the top lash line. Finished the eyes with mascara on the top lashes only.
The colour on the lips is Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer in Apocalyptic. This is a deep and rich fuchsia shade which could make a whole look wearing it alone with no much make up on the whole face.
The colour pay off is great with a single sweep. The formula is very creamy and moisturising but with such a bright colour things could get messy if eating and drinking. It could last for up to 6 hours if you know you are not going for a meal while wearing it.
This is also affordable. I think each retails for about £6 or £7 and are worth every penny. They make other lighter colours as well ans some beautiful nudes.
