If you are a VIB they should send you a coupon in the mail that you can use in stores too.
The VIB 20% off sale is for US only clients. I just checked and it does not work for Canada. But Canadian’s, there was a 20% off sale yesterday, at Ontario locations it was 6-9pm, there were also cupcakes 🙂
Just pointing out that Canadians did get a deal, and were not left out, although to have one online would be awesome.

Actually, the canadian 20% off sale was from november 12th-15th in store so today is the last day 😀 if you read the fine print on the email you got, it said that the 13th from 6-9 pm it was the only day for 20% for you AND a non V.I.B friend, but the other days it still applies for you, just not your friend. I went to Sephora yesterday and the sale was still going strong 🙂

I read that MAC has free shipping through the 18th if you use the code FATIMA! I’ll def be taking advantage of the origins deal..Their facial cleansers/scrubs are the best:)
It wont let me use the 20% off, even though i have 422 points in my bank. shouldnt i be a v.i.b automatically then? im lost haha and i have a full cart 🙁
Call the phone number and talk to a person. Maybe you can place the order on the phone. I’ve called the Sephora hotline twice this week and had stuff resolved. Like why I didn’t get my invite when I am a VIB and was already invited with my sticker and all on my card. And why I haven’t gotten my catalogue…They’re very helpful.
My mom got an e-mail coupon eventhough she didn’t spend $350 in the last year. I’m canadian and the e-mail says it’s good in store the 13th-15th (in the fine print). Good thing I have my mom!
