A palette with all greens and purple shades??? I’m sold! I have green eyes and red hair, so I wear those colors all the time. Hopefully we’ll be able to buy this online from Amazon, I own one Sleek Makeup palette that I bought from Amazon after seeing it on here for the first time (the Storm palette). It’s awesome and a really nice size for traveling with.

Any word as to whether Sleek will be able to ship the Garden of Eden palette to the US? As of now, only three of the fifteen palettes they offer (I-Candy, Original, and Storm) can be ordered from the Sleek website for shipping to US customers.

I was able to order, and did receive, the “Vintage Romance” palette at the very end of October. Then, when I went to the Sleek website at the beginning of November, I noticed they had made some changes to their website. It no longer said in the main product description which palettes could not be shipped to the US.

Now, customers have to select the palette they want from a dropdown menu, and then click on the “Ingredients” tab at the bottom of the page to see if the palette selected from the drop down menu is one that can be shipped to the US. (Stupid way of doing it, IMO).

At any rate, I went through all the palettes and saw “VIntage Romance” could not be shipped to the US (even though I had purchased it from Sleek less than two weeks prior).

So, I wrote to Sleek about the issue (hoping and thinking it might just be a glitch caused by the changes they made to their website), and they replied:

“Thank you for your email. Due to recent changes in FDA rules and regulations, we are unable to ship certain products to the USA. As we currently comply with EU regulations this does not affect other regions of the world. We should have all our products FDA approved very soon. Our ‘Storm’ and ‘Original’ pallets are still available in the US. We apologise for any inconveniences caused, if you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.”

I see that I-Candy no longer states it cannot be shipped to the US, so it appears they have gotten FDA approval for that palette, too, since I wrote them.

I’ve heard good things about this brand, and this eye palette looks amazing. I have very yellow-leaning hazel eyes so I think I’ll be picking this up for sure.

Something not everyone may be aware of is that Sleek have in the past trio blush palettes, used blushes that have been available for years in their single palette form.

I made the mistake of purchasing the LACE blush trio only to find that I already had 2 of the 3 blushes.

Sleek also renamed their old blushes for the new trio palettes in the past which suckered me right in 😐

I actually love Sleek products and I have a ton of them but I expect more honesty though when they repromote products.

Once bitten, twice shy… I will wait until I see swatches of the blushes before I jump into the pink palette. The coral trio palette looks a lot like a repromote too!
