Can’t wait to see it !
I have that GA bluish grey lip laquer #701 and found it surprisingly wearable..
Black lip glass.. thats so goth.. but staying true to the theme of blasck friday.. Can think of using it anywhere other than the Haloween makeup looks..
Not that goth is a bad thing, but black gloss can be great for layering, if not too opaque. If you have a red that’s a bit too bright, or not the right undertone, layer a sheer black gloss over it, and you’ll have a nice vampy shade.
Why do colours like this always tempt me?! I know I’m not going to wear it often (it can join Illamasqua Apocalips and Trash in the ‘why was this a must have?’ pile), but some voice in my head is whispering ‘you don’t have any BLACK glosses’.
I’m very curious about that one. Can’t wait to see swatches online!
I love sheer blacks for layering, but they tend to be patchy – I hope this one is even. If it is, I will definitely get it.
uh no! except maybe in my nightmares :p
That’s how I feel about bright pinks, LOL!
Does anyone know if this will be available at Sephora?
I think it may just be an OCC exclusive (to their site), at least for now.
Okay, thanks Christine!
I would definitely rock this!
I’m curious as to what this will look like on the lips.
so strange! can’t wait to see swatches.
Do you know if the UK will be getting this?
(I really want to buy it!)
I don’t know if they are unless OCC ships internationally (I can’t remember)!
Oh, I want.
Though I have been avoiding the OCC stains in lieu of the full coverage lip tars, I am interested in seeing this one on a few people to see what color it comes out on each. I think people are missing that it’s supposed to apply to a very neutral and wearable color. They already have Tarred and Batty lip tars, I don’t think they would be putting out another straight up black lip color.
Oooh this would be awesome over a brighter lipstick to tone it down.
I’m very curious about this one; however, if the previous Stained Gloss shades are any indicator, I have a feeling this is going to be quite sheer. I already have 2 fairly opaque black glosses, so I will definitely hold out until I see swatches.
Oh my god. Yes. I’m excited about this!
I’ve always wanted the black Lipstick Queen gloss pot. I’m afraid that an OCC one would be too pigmented for my tastes.
This would be a great way to tone down OCC’s (very bright) other stained glosses, people. Stop complaining that black is “too goth.”
I cant’t wait to see swatches of this gloss. Im hoping for something like Givenchy Liv’s Lips in a gloss form. 🙂
Sebastien Trucco Divinyls were wonderful glosses. One time I got home and discovered that the wrong product was inside the box. The color was “Bad Kitty.” Since it had been on sale, I decided not to bother taking it back. When I put it on, it had the slightest tinge of purple, but was otherwise black. And — shockingly — it was flattering!
cant wait to see
Even with MAC Punk Couture around the corner this is still pretty tempting. Especially since it’ll be great for mixing with other lippies. I can’t wait for swatches and reviews!
I can’t imagine how black can be “wearable” — hurry up and post swatches & a review, pleasee!
It’s one of the gloss shades, and it’s black, so I think that would make it a great addition to a collection of lip tars, just for mixing purposes.
I think it’s gonna be great. I loved urban decay oil slick because it toned down ones that were to bright. Been looking for a good sheer ever since.
