Chanel #7. It leaves MAC 187 and 188 in the dust.
It would have to be the Real Techniques expert face brush. I pretty much own the whole RT collection expect for the sponge.
For blending eye shadow, my favorite is the Bare Minerals Soft Focus Shadow Brush. It is much more soft and fluffy compared to the MAC 217 and blends the shadow in about half the time.
i agree with above, real techniques expert face brush is the ONLY thing i use for foundation blending…and i have bought a lot of them but nothing is like it for me
MAC 217 🙂
Suqqu face brush. It is so soft, and makes everything look air brushed and more natural.
MAC 217 for eyes, hands down. I always use it on my eye tutorials. I need to pick up another one. I only have one! But MAC constantly raising prices always puts me off.
I feel the same. If I had to pick one eyeshadow brush, this would be it. I’m having problems even ordering more. Sold out constantly on MAC website.
It’s never “sold out” since it’s permanent and not LE. And it is very much available right now on the website.
Eyes: MAC 217 and Illamasqua blending brush
Face: Real Techniques expert face brush and I love the RT Powder Brush to blend everything else like contour and blush into place (and also take off the excess powder)
MAC 217 definitely! 🙂
Real Techniques Expert Face Brush. I actually have two of these, and I use one for liquids & creams, yhe other for powders.
For eyes, e.l.f. Smudge Brush works wonder for blending through the crease.
I’m also a huge fan of Physician’s Formula flat mineral kabuki brush for overall blending on my face after everything has been applied.
Edward Bess eye brush
I love my ZOEVA 227 🙂
For Eyes Mac 217
For Face Real Techniques Expert Face Brush and the big giant Powder Brush…..love it.
Mac 217 blending brush & 224 tapered blending brush are the best blending brush 🙂
For eyes, Laura Mercier Finishing Eye Brush, hands down. I keep saying I could slap color on willy nilly and this would make it look great, and it’s true!
I should just say ditto. Real Techniques Expert Face brush and MAC 217.
Blending brush for eyeshadow and cream corrector: for me MAC 217 hands down. I don’t know why I love these brushes so much because I have brushes in my stash that are better quality and far more expensive, but these just work perfectly for me for smoking out eyeshadow, blending concealer or corrector …etc..
Face blender: My giant Hakuhodo fude brush S100. I use it to blend finishing powder or setting powders or for an all over soft focusing.
Sonia Kashuk Large Crease Brush
The SOHO crease brush that I found in Walgreens is perfect for me. It prefer it over the MAC 217. It is very fluffy and soft, making it good for feathering out edges quickly, for a diffused look. I have no interest in testing other blending brushes now.
Eyeshadow: Mac 217. Often the only brush I will use for eyes, but might easily use two of them – one for picking up and placing colour and a clean one for blending afterwards.
Concealer: Mac 286. This one changed my life after a MUA used it when trying concealers on me in the under eye area. I have not tried using it for eyes, though that is what it is made for. But it is so much better than any concealer brush I have tried for applying concealer under eye and in other larger areas.
Foundation: Sigma F80. Feel no need to try anything else for liquid foundation. So much better than those flat foundation brushes. Only thing to not like, it´s a pain to clean…
Sigma E25, its like the MAC 217, but its such a better price. It blends eyeshadow so well.
For face, MAC 130 duo-fibre; for eyes, MAC 217 (this seems to be a very popular choice!).
MAC #159 or #109 for foundation. #159 duo fibre fluffy bristles blend easily & fit perfectly around eyes; great for placing & blending highlghters. #109 is even more flawless in my opinion & can be used for contouring & blush as well. MAC #224 is the bomb.com for blending everything from eyeshadow to concealer…………..IT is my all time favvvvvvvorite
MAC 217 and Sigma E45 , hands down 😀
MAC 217 and my Chanel eye shadow blending brush. Both are great, wish I was a little better with blending though.
I love these brushes. 🙂
eyes: MAC 217
face: Chanel Blending Foundation Brush, NARS Yachiyo Kabuki Brush, Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, and Tom Ford Cream Foundation Brush
Mac 217
