For fall 2013, NARS introduces a collection with rich color in signature NARS shades, focusing on the eye and playing with matte textures. Created by Founder & Creative Director Francois Nars, the collectio heralds fall’s arrival with shades ready to make a sultry statement.

Can’t wait to try this range… I really love Nars lip colors … But this time I want to try their eye-shadows.
Yahoo! Loving the Fall collection and I’m particularly lemming the Navy and the Maple eyeshadows. And the nail products look like a really good fit too. Not so much a fan of NARS lip products. For some reason, their lip products make my lips hurt they get so desert like dry.
What a coincidence! I tried on a velvet matte lip pencil 2 days ago, and my lips got so dry and they hurt like they were cracked and dried but weren’t. I had to slather on the Vaseline petroleum jelly and they are just getting better.
I’ve read in a few places it has something to do with one of the oils used in the formulas (rose, I believe), so that may be an ingredient to look out for.
There has to be an ingredient which causes the sensitivity. I wish I knew which one. I end up with my lips being a total train wreck too and have to slather on Korres lip butter for days to repair the damage. I’ve learned painfully that I just can’t wear their lip products 🙁

Looks like another round of “Kadie Lee stalks her local Sephora” while I wait for them to carry the new collection.
Why does Nars keep putting the same eye shadows in palettes don’t they know we have those eye shadows already. I wish they’d create some new eye shadows to put in palettes.

I want Kamchatka for the name alone, LOL, although it does look like an interesting shade. I will definitely be picking up Yamal as soon as it’s available, but I’ll have to see Namibia in person, and I’ll be skipping Bavaria. I have to many lip products & pencils to get through, so maybe at the end of the year…
My wallet is in trouble! I want three of the shadows (the navy, the brown, and the grey) and the grey polish. Love!

I am LIVING for that Mysterious Red! 2 of my favorite red lippies are from NARS already (Mascate, Dragon Girl) but it looks like I’ll be adding another!
I haven’t been drawn to Nars for a very long time, for some reason. But every single one of those single eyeshadow shades is absolutely calling to me. They’re GORGEOUS! Especially love the look of Kamchatka and Yamal!! Will def be checking those out 😀
NEED the Pure Matte lipsticks. I absolutely love the formula on those. They both look amazing!

***See, this is why a few limited collections per year is the better strategy. Unlike other here-today-gone-tomorrow limited releases, I will be lusting over this item for months, budgeting it even, shivering with antici …… pation!***
I’m digging the promo image, although it would be even better with Karlie Kloss. The matte textures in this collection are appealing but I almost definitely will not be getting anything due to NARS’s prices!
LOVE the promo picture! Very 80s sci-fi, Blade Runner, Dune. Can’t say any of the products appeal to me, though.
The eye shadows are what I am looking forward to trying out.
