Wow, this is definitely very heavy for prom in my opinion! But of course it is different depending on country/region.Maybe she was wearing a really heavy/bold/avantgarde dress aswell? It’s a great look though!
Everyone’s got a different approach to prom makeup, and in my cousin’s case, she’s very into gothic fashion. She wore a black corset top with a black tulle skirt. If this weren’t the case, I probably would’ve done something lighter.
