None on a regular basis, actually! The closest to regular would be a hair dryer.

If I have to be really made up then I’ll use a flat iron and a hair dryer. Otherwise, I don’t use any. I usually put my hair up in a ponytail and don’t fuss over it.

I use a leave in conditioner for color treated hair but sometimes not even that.

Hair is just not my thing. I’ve given up. My hair never want to do what I want it to do.

I second that. Hairdryer has always been a staple, but a flatiron became part of my routine when i got a really short bob cut and I like to keep it nice and sleek. My hair is feeling the stress though… 🙁

Feel your pain. I love my hair sleek so I use my flatiron quite a bit. Plus I’m a rough sleeper so when I wake up I have to tame those hairs somehow. And my hair takes to long to wash, condition, etc. etc. so I usually wash every night..

Since my hair is chemically streightened, I usually can get away with mostly air dried hair and a quick touch up with the flat iron before stepping out-but when its coming to the end of the year term (the amount of time before I get the process redone) I do need to use the blowdryer to get it straight.

Other than that, just some Moroccan Oil for my ends-which split super easily!

I use a hairdryer and a large-barrel curling iron on days I want to make my curls into tousled waves. Other than that, I try to avoid using heat on my hair.

I use a brush daily… I have a straight iron, a curling iron and a hair dryer, and a few different sized combs, but on most days, I just part my hair, and tie it up to air dry. I’m a klutz when it comes to styling my hair haha.

Hair dryer. My hair is short enough that I don’t need to brush it.. I often don’t need to dry it either since it dries so quickly. I usually just mess in some Crew fiber and use a little hairspray, and I’m done.

In the summer i usually leave it out to dry on it’s own and just ocasionaly use a hairdrier or a flat iron, but in the winter i allways use a hairdrier at least.

Flatiron, every time I wash it (which I don’t do every day). Otherwise it’s a huge frizzly mess, absolutely untameable. However, I DON’T touch the blow dryer, cause that just makes the frizzing even worse, even if I flat iron immediately afterward.

Wow! I thought everyone would say ‘flat iron’ for sure! I guess maybe the trend of the bad/over-straightening hair is dying off? I know in my city everyone is embracing natural texture and funky do’s more.

For me: Only a spray bottle of water on curly days… Blow dryer and round brush maybe once a week for straight.

Leah Avatar

Flat or round brush depending on the style, blow dryer and flat iron some days of the week although I’m trying to embrace my hair’s natural texture (wavy) more often.

Sass Avatar

Just my brush. I rarely use my ceramic flat iron anymore. I do use it on special occassions though and I have my stylist use whatever tools she wants when I go get my hair done.

I don’t use anything if I’m not going out after washing my hair. It takes hours and hours to air dry, though, so on nights I’m going out I will use a hair dryer (with a diffuser for curly nights) For flipping/curling and even straightening, I use a large barrel curling iron. I know my friends in hair school would have my head, but I like that one tool is multi-function for me.
