Looks - Ultra Black Smoky Eye, Easy Smoky Eye

I felt like doing a super dark eye, which I didn’t execute as well as I would have liked, but it’s just something so dramatic and fun, I couldn’t resist not taking photos!

I used Blacktrack fluidline all over lid, Carbon eyeshadow all over lid, Vex eyeshadow above crease and on brow, Feline kohl power on lower lash line, and Pink Opal pigment on lower lash line. I wore Don’t Be Shy blush with Sculpt sculpting powder to contour and Micro Pink beauty powder to highlight. I had Strawberry Blonde lipstick with Lull lipglass.

ooo, you look so cool. you’re like from a matrix movie. that pink opal pigment makes a difference even just at the lower lash line. kind of makes it a nice feminine smokey eye instead of the basic black and white bold strong smokey eye.

Hi Christine! I notice you use the Sculpt and Shape all the time. What is this for? I looked it up on the MAC website to understand what it does and can’t quite get it. Where on your face do you use it? Maybe I should check it out. Thanks!

BTW I see purple color umm in crease,did you use purple e/s or is that color be-coz of the blending? and if its eyeshadow what is the name? thanks

I love smokey eyes. The possibilities are endless. I looks great on you. MAC´s Carbon e/s it´s one of the best in the market.

beautiful!! i love all kinds of smokey eye but i never can find a really good black eye shadow … i got a few some more expensive some less and they all look bad on the eyelid i mean they are like kinda transparent and i cant use them too much cause then you know how it looks … anyway very beautiful make up, good job like always!!!

can you recommend colors similar to don’t be shy, strawberry blonde, and lull that are a part of the permanent line/would work on darker skin like nc 35-37? I really like this look and would like to try and recreate it!

Best look ever!!! 😮 i´m in love with it!! I´ll try to do the same look but i will use existencial paint with dark sould pigment and softwash grey piggie.

I love the lips, are Strawberry Blonde lipstick and Lull lipglass available right now? If they aren´t, which colours could replace them?

Thank you, Virginia!! I think it’ll turn out great with the products you listed!

They were both limited edition, so I doubt either are available (especially Strawberry Blonde). I would suggest Sweetie lipstick as a permanent color (though Strawberry Blonde is a warmer, brighter medium pink) with Decorative lustreglass. Lull is still available on the US MAC site, though.

i tried these smoky eyes with hue lipstick and tenderling blusher … cant seem to find the dont be shy blush anywhere … tenderling is so nice with this look doe its nice or subtle … or even lillicent creme blush for a softer look.any other options for lips and cheeks for dis look????

You look absolutely incredible, Christine! I’m not sure how it would look on me since I’m an NW15, but this is a fantastic look. I’m definitely going to buy all of the eye makeup after the holidays.
