My go to neutral look is the NYX neutral palette. Can’t remember the name right now. But I just use the 3 shades to create and awesome everyday look. My natural look? Vanilla e/s as a base, a bit of Woodwinked under the lower lashes and Helena Rubinstein Glamorous mascara. Something pinkish on cheeks, a bit of Plink! on lips and ready to go 😉
My favourite “neutral look” is either Sin or Midnight Cowboy eyeshadows by Urban Decay with a brown eyeliner and some mascara. I’ll use chapstick for my lips and usually just a slight hint of blush.
It’s great for work, and really quick if I’m in a rush too!
I don’t really do neutral, which is why I used the Urban Decay eyeshadows, I need something on my eyes that stands out, so the shimmer in these e/s is perfect!

My go to neutral look is satin taupe on the lid with some sort of highlight to blend it out, black mascara, maybe black eyeliner tightlined just for extra definition, and that’s it. Sometimes I switch satin taupe out for something else (like one of the other 10,000 neutrals I own, lol), but satin taupe is the biggest no-brainer. Finish it off with some basic peachy pink cheeks and MAC lipstick in Mellow Mood, and I’m good to go. Mellow Mood is one of my fave neutrals right now. However I’m also REALLY loving Brave New Bronze, mostly because of your swatch lol! I wouldn’t have considered buying it otherwise.

My go-to natural look is a light layer of my HG foundation (GA FF), a matte shadow that’s my lids but better (MAC Modest Tone) and no blush. Just mascara. That way I can add lips later if I’m going out somewhere.

I like to line my waterliner with guerlain loose eye khol and complete the look with two coats of mascara. For the blushes, NARS Mata Hari or Dolce Vita and and VGV on lips.

My go-to nuetral look is MSF Deep dark in the crease, NARS Albatross in the highlight and either Woodwinked, Satin Taupe or Patina on the lid with some mascara. I like to do that eye with MAC enchantress l/g with chestnut liner on the lips and MAC format blush on the cheeks with gold deposit to highlight.
I use soft ochre paint pot over the lid with all that glitters on the lid and satin taupe in the crease. I use vanilla as a highlight. Blacktrack fluidline as eyeliner. Diorshow mascara. Myth lipstick.

YSl Touche Eclat all round my eye area,
kohl pencil blended into my lash line,
Nars Lovejoy,
and a lipbalm toped with Nars Supervixen.
It’s simple, but it gets the job done.
My go-to neutral is a wash of MSF Natural in Medium on all the lid, a bit of MAC Solar White eye shadow on the inner corner of the eye, black Clinique High Impact mascara and Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Bourbon on the lower lash line. Then foundation, MSF Natural, a bit of MAC Blooming blush on the apples of the cheeks, and the lipstick I feel like rocking that day – usually a nude with some coral lip gloss or glossy baby pink. That’s it, looks like a lot but it isn’t! 😉

MAC Groundwork PP – double security for my oily lids. blends well with my skin
Physician’s Formula eyeshadow matte – light mid-tone brown color to emphasize my crease. My eyes do not turn red with PF’s eyeshadows during long work days.

Loreal Barenaturale Mascara – very, very natural

MAC blot powder in DARK – to give slight contour without the pseudo orange-tan shade

and when I want a little shimmer, I apply MAC MSF in Refined just above my cheek bones.

My go-to look includes a Dior cream beige/gold shadow on lid over primer to the brow (Stila cream in fair, which has been discontinued), black Mabelline Define-a-Lash mascara (which everyone ought to try – buy the one in the dark red case), Armani foundation, and browny pink blush and lipstick. It’s fast and easy.
Definitely count me in, Buckwheat is such a pretty look brown I’d love to have it in my collection!

For my neutral look I like using the white shadow of NARS Pandora duo all over the lid and a thick line of black eye-liner; on the lips NARS velvet matte lip pencil in Bettina, with a touch of clear gloss on top, or MAC Velvet Teddy with Luminary gloss on top. For my neutral look I don’t really use eyeshadow (gasp).. Not an eyeshadow type of girl but I tend to go for light bronzed cheeks to accentuate my cheekbones and then line my eyes in brown pencil. Kinda boring but oh well!!

My go-to neutral look that doesn’t get me in trouble – when I had a job – was UDPP on lid, Coco Beach pigment as a wash (I have alot of them so I can use them like they’ll never be disconninued), Chocolate Brown pigment in the crease, carbon lightly appilied in the V, Shroom as a highlighter, and if I had extra time or felt like it, gold, white gold or vanilla pigment on the inner corner for a pop. Standard powder black eyeleyer from Everyday Minerals, mascara Maybeline Volume Express – I’m burnt out on everything else – and I’ve been using waterproof since I’ve been crying alot lately. And if I have the extra time, instead of the mascara, I’ll either use Ardell or MAC 7 lashes with a special lash mascara that Ardell makes – the brand of lashes I use depends on where/what I’m doing. And for the face #4 Satin Luminess Airbrush makeup – LOVE IT! That MAC pore control new stuff on my nose, Benefit Boing! under eyes, some sparkle powder from Lancome then finish off the face with the Clinique yellow redness reducer poweder. Lips – usually Dervish liner or half red and any lippie and gloss I’m feeling that day. I usually do a bright pink with this eye – and as far as glosses go, I’ve been trying to get thru my dozens of Keihls tinted ones so I lately I have been gravitating to those. And can you belive I can do all of this – perfectly – in 15 minutes. Yes and I darken my eyebrows with some powder stuff I stocked up on NY at a threading place. Brushes involved: 8. Numbers of the brushes I couldn’t tell you because they are worn off – some I use are full size, some are SE – like my eyeliner powder I use an SE brush and I guess all the others are full size. That’s basically my everyday look now since I’m getting lazy. But I’ll do something special if there is a special occassion. No one appreciates it though because none of my friends are addicted to makeup. Like I’ve been going to all these NBA games here in Orlando and airbrushing my eyes with my MAC machine in blue, white and black and when I look at pictures of my I kinda have way more makeup on than the other person in the picture, but my makeup looks damn good and they are just plain Jane. I am almost a master airbrusher but I still can get that Fluidline down. WTF?

I don’t really think I have a go to look,
but if I am in a rush, I use (MAC) Vanilla eyeshadow as a highlight, Brule on the lid, Espresso in the crease then use Twinks to darken it up a bit.
That is pretty simple for me, so if I do that then I usually use ELF’s “Barely Bitten” mineral lipstick, (gorgeouss) with Mac’s “Big Kiss” plushglass!
I usually don’t bother with blush as much as I should, but if I have an extra minute I will add Smashbox’s Difuse to my cheekbones.
Then I am set to go!
A wash Bisque all of the lid, with satin taupe throughout the crease.
Lots of Diorshow mascara in chestnut on my upper lashes with a light coat on the bottom ones.
Some tenderling blush on the cheeks, and some dior lip glow on my lips to bring out the natural color in them.
No foundation because thankfully my skin is clear and even *knocks on wood!!* Sometimes I will put on some LM tinted moisturizer in Sand
My eyes are all MAC Brule all over and as highlight, all that glitters on lid and Brown script in crease for lips I usually use Viva Glam V lipglass as its the same color as my lips 😛 If I am feeling girlish I will put on a pink gloss like Greek Holiday by Nars (turkish delight is too nude) and as a blush either coralista by benefit or breath of plum by mac
And yup those are all my high end makeup products lol

Buckwheat is so pretty and is a perfect natural sparkly brown! I would love to win it to add to my MAC collection!! My go-to natural look is Bare Canvas paint all over lid, Flip inner crease, French Cuff center of lid and Antiqued on outer lid, blended well. Then I highlight my brow with either Nanogold or Nylon, depending on my mood. Top of with Plush lash in Brownette and I’m done w/ my eyes! My cheeks get a brush of Tenderling and my lips get a glossy look with with a light pink gloss, either Go Lightly(LE) or Nymphette.

If I’m in a rush (which is usually the cause of a neutral look on me!), I typically slap a thin application of MAC’s Stilife paint all over my lid to my brow bone, and then I apply mascara and undereye concealer. 🙂

For a quick neutral look I use a pink or neutral shade as a wash (which one depends!) mystery in the crease and a natural looking highlight blended well. My go-to neutral look is eyeliner and mascara with no shadow. My eyes are shaped such that eyeshadow doesn’t really show so it doesn’t matter much if I apply eyehadow or not. I apply a light pink gloss on my lips to give the look a little polish.
My go-to natural look is lancome foundation, lancome juicy tube gloss (in any colour, really!) and rice paper and naked lunch eyeshadow… sometimes I top it up with mascara. This is my super lazy every-day look haha!

My neutral look is a creamy beige all over the lid and a red/grey undertoned brown lightly worked into the crease. I don’t add too much eyeliner but lots of mascara. I also always grab for a muted pink lipstick.

first i would put on springsheen blush from mac. then i would put all that glitters as my lid color, woodwinked in the crease, dark edge in the outer corner, and ricepaper as a highlight. on my lips i would put boxom lips in Lacy from bare essentials.
if i wanted to add a pop of color i would put pink venus in the inner corner or on the lower lash line.
vanilla E/S o nthe lid, Espresso or Copperplate E/S in in crease or outter corner, soft brown liner on the bottom lashline, black or brown liner on the upper lashine and smudged. vanilla pigment or Vanilla E/S on brown bone.
soft natural pinky peach blush. and just any lip balm on the lips.

My go to neutral look is woodwinked on the crease, soft force as a highlight, and bronze in the corner. Actually these are the only neutrals I have besides my coastal scents pallete so it pretty much is my neutral look. I really like neutrals, I just don’t have a lot of shadows. I wear Diorshow iconic extreme mascara in black and use the MAC powerpoint pencil in engraved to line my eye. I put C-thru lipglass on my lips. Thanks so much for doing this.

I use Rubenesque Paint Pot as a base, Woodwinked all over the lid, Bronze in the crease, Soft Force for a highlight, and Black Tied for top liner. If I’m dressing up a nude look, I’ll use Bronzescape Solar Bits in the center of the lid for a little extra shimmer. I use Fresh Supernova for mascara and black MAC Technakohl liner on the water line. I’ll usually use either Angel or Way to Love on the lips!

Go to neutral for green eyes: Urban Decay 1999 liner, mascara, a nude or shell pink shadow w/ Calypso’s Cya or MAC’s Gesso as a highlight, sheer pink cheek and Steamy Liquid lipstick from Victoria’s secret w/ a bit of balm over it to sheer it out.

my light weight natural look, is a golden orange bronzer(bobbi brown) all over d face, lightly of course. a light brown chade on my lids with a darker brown e/s in my crease. black brown mascara, and eyes lined with a brown eye pencil. for my cheeks an orange blush which i can carry cos of my skin tone, light coral lipstick with an orange lipgloss.
i just find that orange colour tends to make my face brighter.

My neutral go to look right now is Shu Cream e/s in P Pink (as wash) with Urban Decay’s Secret Service brushed on top. I apply Secret Service with an angled e/s brush, starting at outer corner, depositing more & thicker at outer corners, and fading into inner corner.
Face: I start off using Benefit Playsticks in Spin The Bottle to cover any blemishes.
Eyes: Then Urban Decay eyeshadow in Vapor and Bourjois Pump Up The Volume Waterproof Mascara in black. I usually don’t use eyeliner, but if I’m feelin’ I use Bag Gal with an eyeliner brush (I know, it defets the purpose.)
Lips: I use Hempz Herbal Lip Balm and apply genoursly.

hey there! i absoloutley LOVE your site.. it helps me out so much on alot of things! anyways.. my neutral look : i actually use MAC Perfect Topping MSF.. its a little glittery but it still looks pretty neutral.. i also use a liquid eyeliner and make a slight ‘wing’ and then i use Lash Blast on my lashes.. for my lips, i use a stick foundation and just dab it all over my lips lightly just to make my lips look slightly nude.. and then i use MAC morning glory.. i love that look and i wear it all the time! thanks and i hope to get an email saying i won soon! much love, morgan

My go to neutral look is tan pigment all over lid and ricepaper on brow bone, lot’s of mascara I like to layer on different brands and light over dark grand duo blush and clear lip conditioner in pot form…And that’s it 🙂

All MAC:
-Studio Tint in NC20
-Studio Sculpt concealer in NC15
-A little blot Powder in Medium
-Stillife paint all over lid
-line eyes with Engraved PP all over
-Smudge a little Brun or Rummy e/s over liner
-Blushbaby blush
-Whirl lip liner with Viva Glam V or Hug Me lipstick
my neutral look is just concealer, blush, and no clored lip gloss. No shadows, no foundataion.

My neutral look is pretty much the same all the time -light and simple, BE foundation and mineral veil, sometimes blush, and always mascara!!! Sometimes as usual – less is better!!

I don’t have a to go neutral look, that’s why I want to win.
My go-to neutral look is using MAC’s All That Glitters eyeshadow all over the lid, and then MAC’s Wedge eyeshadow in the crease.
To me All that glitter, a little bit of mascara and some gloss and I’m done for my neutral look !
My go to LOOK IS: Phoolf! on the inner corner honesty on the lid and satin taupe in the crease. and black track fluid line.

my go to neutral look is using bobbi brown’s cement eyeshadow and then bobbi brown gel liner in espresso ink, mascara, a soft pink blush, and dior high shine lipstick in beige-a-porter! twitter: izzy728
I’d say my fave neutral look is MAC woodwinked eyeshadow, a thin line of MAC sketch used as an eyeliner, a natural lipliner, and some clear gloss.

Light sweep of Vex lid, Satin Taupe brow bone and Shroom highlight. I use my Molasses Pearlglide liner, curl, mascara and go. I wear glasses so I need something that make my brown eyes sparkle behind those Foster Grants! :]
I don’t really wear neutral looks that often but if I do I’ll usually use Naked pigment on the lid, Soft Brown e/s in the crease, and then Vanilla e/s as highlight. Pretty simple, I think.

My neutral look is Jardin Aires on the lid, By Jupiter on the crease and any ivory shadow as a highlight. Then it’s Hipness for the cheeks, soft and slow for highlighting and Angel on the lips!

My neutral look is foundation, concealer, NARS Deep Throat blush, shimmery pinkish-brown lid/matte brown in the crease and Kitten Silk lip gloss.
This is not just a dull brown but special! I want it!

MAC Brule all over eye lid and as a highlight
MAC Soft brown all over the crease
MAC embark or MAC Satin taupe in the outer corner and swpt into the crease
Black liner
black mascara and I am good to go!

My go to neutral look is Stila Kitten, with Stila Java in the crease and outer v.
My go-to neutral look is a bit of powder, mascara, any nice champagne eyeshadow, and a swipe of blush! Nice and easy!
My go to neutral look at the moment is…
Eyes: MAC Bamboo all over the lid, MAC Saddle in the crease, MAC Mylar as highlight, a thin line of black eyeliner, & curled eyelashes with mascara.
Cheeks: NYX blush in Dusty Rose.
Lips: Softlips lipbalm & L’Oreal Colour Juice Sheer Juicy Lip Gloss in 850 Butterscotch Drop.
