5 Cool Green Eyeshadows to Love

5 Cool Green Eyeshadows to Love

Not so keen on warm-toned greens, of which there are plentiful? There are certainly cooler-toned green eyeshadows to choose from, and here are five of my favorites. When you’re hunting for a cool-toned green, look for buzz words like blue-green, green-blue, forest, green-teal, teal-green, and gray-green; stay away from buzz words like gold, grass, olive, and khaki.

What’s your favorite cool green eyeshadow?

Love this series! This is totally helping me to decide on Inglot colors as well, since you’re featuring some of my favorite colors to use! :)I know you’ve already swatched a lot of the Inglot colors, but it’s nice to see them compared to some other colors in the same category.

I’m with you, Christine, on Jealous Jordana and I also like Bows & Curtsies from MAC’s Fashion Flower. I also like Ego from the Peacocky collection – I think it’s on the cool side but I’m not a very good judge.

The only time I’ve ever worn green eyeshadow was when my friend did my make up for a Vietnamese Moon Festival. It was a really mute green, so I felt like I was extremely washed out, but once I applied mascara and added a bit of shimmery nude/pink to my lids for my own touch, I received so many compliments! I feel like really dark greens would make me look super asian though HAHA

I have several of these, but also wanted to mention a couple of greens from Fusion of Color, which are their color(s) of the month – March, St. Patrick’s Day, etc. Lucky Charm and Shamrock are the colors: LC is a lighter green while Shamrock is more of a blue green. I like cooler colors so I ordered Shamrock in the regular size, which is really reasonable.
