My favorite eyeliner this year? The Nars Larger Than Life eyeliners, hands down! That stuff stays on and on and on! And they have gorgeous colors too.
best liquid eyeliners: MUFE AQUA LINERS—they just dont budge 🙂
For pencil eyeliners: Im impressed with MAC Graphblack.truly black and smooth application.
I have Stila Curacao, and I love it! MUFE Aqua Eyes is great. I like how creamy they are and how smoothly they apply.

Mine would have to be GOSH Cosmetics Velvet Touch Eyeliner pencil. I’ve used these for a few years and had 3 or 4 other colours I liked a great deal and then I found Metallic Brass which is just the best liner and best colour for day. And the price is amazing – $12/CDN which is half the price of most other liners of this quality. But I am so pleased with my Tarina Tarantino eye shadows that I really want to give her Eye Dream Hyperliners a try really soon.
The best liquid eyeliner I’ve tried so far is Dolly Wink. It comes in a really cute polka dot felt pen which is amazingly easy to maneuver. The pen tip is so fine so precise lines are totally achievable. I find that the disadvantage of pen type liners is the flow of the “ink” can be unsteady creating uneven colors, but that’s not the case with this liner. “Ink” flows out really well and steadily and it’s very pigmented too! Plus! The liner just doesn’t budge at all for the whole day! No smudge, no flakes, it just stays nicely. Really a dream liner! :p
Dolly Wink is quite a famous makeup brand from Japan that also manufacture falsies, which, I must say, are also the best falsies I tried in 2011.
Urban Decay 24/7 15th anniversary with new colors especially Perversion and then it came out with Junkie later in a set of 5.
Would be nice to see maybe a top ten of drug store brands.

I loved the Urban Decay Electric 24/7 Eye Pencils set, Estee Lauder Pink-Teal Shadowstick Duo and the new Fluidlines that MAC released this year.
No NARS Campo de Fiori? It’s my favourite liner of all time!!!
My favorite of 2011 are the YSL gel liners.
MUFE’s Aqualiners! I’d never spent that much money (until the next sentence’s product) on an eyeliner before and don’t regret it at all. Illamasqua’s Havoc has a special place in my heart as my favorite, but the bottle *busted* everywhere and hasn’t been replaced yet….
I’ll give Physician’s Formula’s new liquid liners a nod for being a really good drugstore product. The brush is fine, the formula is surprisingly nice, it doesn’t transfer easily, and it really did seem to make a different on my eyelashes (in that they maybe didn’t shed as much. Growth seemed unaffected).
UD! A bit surprised Milani didn’t make the list. Still great!! I have to try some out

You didn’t review a single awesome gel liner this year, Christine? Well thats too bad. I have yet to try liquid liner but I’m liking the look of the MUFE…
Nothing that really impressed me, no, sorry!
Milani Liquif’eye hands down. Price, pigmentation and smoothness are just beyond anything else ive tried.
