I'd wear it dusted over my mascara so it has some color fallout instead of using color mascara for a more natural tint.

I would use Unbasic white as a brow highlight, then for the eyelid use dreamaker in the centre, rated r in the inner lid, then fashion groupie on the outer lid to create a daring but stunning look!
