What type of mixing liquid do you use for pigments? I have heard people use water, visine, and more! But I would love to know what works best for you!
I use water-based! I mix glycerin and water together. One part glycerin, three parts water.
So pretty. I wore my One Off eyeshadow in the crease today with Aquavert all over the lid. It is a very pretty combo. I’m trying to resist getting Rated R and Strike A Pose, cause I know I have similar colors.
