Thanks, Sony! :D Happy to hear you've enjoyed your visit!

Check out this more detailed brush tutorial: http://www.temptalia.com/tools-brushes-i-use-regularly-details-and-photos

I don't have a preference of natural vs. synthetic - I just like whatever is softest and within my budget!

Awesome site, great pictures, and you're prompt and answer all questions. What's not to love? :) :)
HOnestly, thanks for taking the time to get back to all of us and to post all the pics and the detailed info.
I have a question regarding this post - what craftstore brush are you using here? I went to Michael's and dug around yesterday and I was super impressed. Do you always use natural-hair brushes? do you prefer those to the synthetic?
Thanks again

The 187 is really good for applying liquid foundation IMO, and I know tons of people use it for mineralize skinfinishes. It's also decent for applying shimmer/pigments onto body/face.

Aww, I got mad when I saw it was discontinued, too! It means someday within the next few years I'm going to have to find a replacement :(

I have the 187 and I can't seem to figure out what to do with it. I bought the 188 but I don't like it that much for blush.

I'm now inlove with this Philosophy brush because I always see it in your tutorials. It seems like a nice unique brush! But I couldn't find it in their website. And talking about discontinued brushes, I hate companies when they discontinue a successful brush. WHY?????? Like this Philosophy brush and Benefit. :[
