Take the Day Off Makeup Remover ($16.50) is a classic choice for a good makeup remover. It’s excellent for removing stubborn bits of makeup around the eyes and lips. There is also a cleansing milk and cleansing balm version of the same formula.
Moisture Surge ($34.00) feels like a water-based moisturizer; it’s like a gel rather than a cream. It’s very good at moisturizing skin and keeping it moisturized throughout the day. It’s one of their more recent products, but it’s definitely worthy of representing the brand.
Almost Powder Makeup SPF15 ($22.50) is one of my favorite powder foundations. This is something you can easily keep in your purse for touch-ups to existing foundation (because the powder itself is incredibly finely milled and lightweight) or to put on before going out.
All Over Colour ($29.50) is a gorgeous compact, both in the color range, effect, and the appearance. What I like about these compacts as they’re affordable, despite having the cute flower emblazoned into the product. I love the way these work as blushes and subtle highlighters simultaneously.

How does moisture surge compare with DDMG? is it better?
I think it’s way better! DDML (or DDMG) is nothing really special. Ordinary moisturizer. But Moisture Surge is amazing! Even though it’s jar packaging won’t keep the antioxidants stable, my mom has had amazing results with it! She has rosacea and is incredibly sensitive to everything, but this is the only thing she likes!
What do you mean by won’t keep the antioxidants stable?
I like it more, personally! DDMG didn’t do much for me – it felt average. Moisture Surge is really good for oily skin, too.
Moisture surge is a booster. It is meant to be used in conjunction with your ddml or ddmg. It is a water based product so everyone can use it. Can also be used as a 5 min moisture mask.
Thanks for the heads up
I love Take the Day Off cleansing balm! I’ll have to check out the almost powder makeup coz I need a pressed powder foundation for touch-ups.
So glad to see some fans of the cleanser
OOh! I have to agree! Even though I stopped using their 3 step system for facial cleansing/toning/moisturizing because I found out that their products were nothing really special in that dept, I ALWAYS have held on to Take The Day Off! It’s magical! It can remove anything from ANYTHING!
Once, I tried a ProLongwear (Mac) that I didn’t like at all, and you KNOW how tough those stay on! (You practically have to wait for the skin to die!) But I rubbed TTDO on my lips and WHAMMO! Gone!
Magical stuff!
Haha!! Yes, if it can remove Prolongwears, then it’s good stuff!
I have been looking for a good eye makeup remover. I think I am going to try this one! It isn’t too expensive.
You get a good amount of product for your money, too!
I agree, the Take off the Day Make Up remover is absolutely fantastic! Prolong wear and Waterproof products come off like a breeze
So good to see fans of this product!
I LOVE the Moisture Surge. I got a sample of it with my last GWP, and I fell in love with it. I have dry skin, and I was so glad I didn’t start breaking out. I really want it now.
The All-Over Color is amazing too.
Yay!
My only beef with Moisture Surge is I felt like I used it up really quickly!
I love Moisture Surge. It’s the best moistruzier, your skin feels so hydrated, but now only. It is more like a gel, it’s just perfect!!
