I used this and was out of town on vaca. And my order showed the free gift and shipping but when I got it there was no gloss and when I asked about it through an email they said it was only on regular priced items so I asked why it was on my online order then. This was my 1st order through them and maybe my last. But thanks for trying =:0)
If it's on your receipt, I would insist and talk to a manager at CS. If you can forward me a copy of your receipt to christine@temptalia.com, I will also attempt to take it up with Stila directly.
Christine, this is the last day of this sale and the code is no longer working. I have added many items to the cart to test it and it says not a valid code.
They double-checked earlier this week and it was working! Unfortunately, Sunday night is not conducive to checking any more, since nobody is at work!

Stila only ships to U.S., I believe. It is U.S. only.
this is a good way to pick up a travel palette! this year's are so much better than last year's! i have the Hamptons one and i love it!
It isn't working yet. When you type in TEMPTALIA, it does say what the offer is (free shipping and watermelon lip glaze), but then it doesn't apply that to the cart. It says "if offer is valid, it will appear on the next page," but then when you click through to the next page, nothing changes, as if it were an invalid code. Is there a start date/time? Something else we need to do? Thanks!
Hi Cynthia, Stila double checked and said everything is working - there have been several orders placed using the code. They advised that the code only works for U.S. customers.

No, those who are in the Pro program are not eligible for any codes as far as I know.
