I could see them working together, maybe ;)

Oh no! Just hope MAC launches similar products. Showstopper comes out all the freakin’ time!

I thought of my fave four randomly(I don’t necessarily wear them together)Goldmine, Bronze, Carbon and Humid.

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

You should try them together, Sandy ;)

I can’t just do that! You have to give me a piece of the color spectrum to go off of. :)
This morning I wore Soba with Amber Lights, Ricepaper, and later I might throw on some Romp.

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Oh, Romp, of COURSE ;) Maybe this month, with no new MAC coming out, I will finally pick up some perm shades…like Romp!

Probably the ones I’m wearing now, lol:
    -UD Stray Dog
    -Wild n Crazy Te Amo
    -Stila Wheat
    -NYX Mocha Pearl Mania.

This is my “I’m too lazy to think of anything creative/I’m too lazy to do anything today” neautral look. I smudge a line Clinique Eqyptian Cream Shaper on my lashline, then use Stray Dog on my lid and Te Amo in the crease/outer lid. Then I take a bit of the Mocha Pearl to add a bit of sparkle and color and use Wheat to blend and highlight.

It takes me about 3 minutes to do this :D

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Three minutes! Goodness, you’re an animal!! Go on with your baddd self ;)

That’s a tough one. I can only think of crystal and woodwinked and trax (oldie but goodie). Although I’m liking those Loreal HIP duo eyeshadows, can’t think of the names they go by #’s.

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Interesting, I can’t picture the combo together, and yet… it sounds like a challenge.

The look I wore yesterday comes to mind -

    - Stars N’ Rockets over entire lid
    - Prestige Blossom in middle-outer crease
    - Hepcat over Blossom in outer crease
    - Milani Shock in inner crease
    - Some random cream-colored Wet N Wild shadow whose name I can’t remember on brow bone

If any of that makes sense, lol. I suck at explaining…

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Nice! That sounds superrrr gorgeous! Love purple looks.

  11. Tracey

    Friday, April 4, 2008

    Amber Lights (Middle Lid)
    Patina (Outer Lid)
    Bronze (Inner Lid)
    Embark (highlight)

    My favorite everyday look…

Mark Twain once said “Go the heaven for the climate, hell for the company”… Goodbye Iraq! ^_^

Woodwinked, inner lid, Romp middle/outer lid, bronze in crease, all that glitters to highlight.. yeah… I’m warmtoned..

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Looks like a few of you seemed to pick Woodwinked!

      Nice combo they’d make together!

    Friday, April 4, 2008

Im still new to the makeup thing but it has instantly become my muse. I now have the confident to wear different colors and I was able to graduate from just lip gloss and mascara!

I must say I am an UD type of girl with and appreciation for NYX (college Student Funds)..Right now I am thinking about NYX’s golden on the inner to middle lid with UD’s ransom on the outer lid blended. Also I am thinking about keeping it simple with UD’s honey all over the lid with black liner and my MAC goldnsoft (that I cant live without!)

    • Lish

      Friday, April 4, 2008

      Mac Lip gelee

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Congrats on your little graduation, Lish :D

NYX is great! They have surprisingly good pay off for many of their shadows, which is unusual in lower priced cosmetics.

Rose Blanc, Parrot, Clue and Mothbrown – although I wouldn´t use all of them at once. But due to your influence I start to experiment with more colors and more variety in my eye makeup.

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

I could totally see these colors rocking together :D

Yay, I’m so glad you’re experimenting!

Deep Truth, Shroom, Sable and Bitter. *ponders how to use them all together*

Errm….Bitter on the mid/inner lid, Deep Truth on the outter/mid lid, Sable in the crease and Shroom to highlight. I wonder if that would look good…

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

You know, I think it WOULD look good. Sable is the only color that really throws it through a loop, but it could work!

  19. Shefali

    Friday, April 4, 2008

Purple Haze, Bitter, Chrome Yellow, and Trax.

      • dee

        Sunday, April 6, 2008

Glad you like it. I don’t even own electric eel, so I kinda had to think out of the box for it…since you approve, I might have to buy it now and see what it actually looks like :)

          Sunday, April 6, 2008

It’s such an INTENSE shadow. I love it because it’s a matte with AMAZING pay off (and before Matte2 shadows, this wasn’t normal!).

  22. Jessika

    Friday, April 4, 2008

all that glitters, rice paper, carbon, woodwinked.
rice paper inner lid and highlight, all that glitters all over lid, woodwinked in crease, carbon used as liner

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Love it! I liked that you used Carbon as just a liner!

Embark, Sushi Flower, Brule, Satin Taupe. Whoa! they just popped up in my mind. Guess it would be a brown smokey eye with a pop of pink in the inner corner?

    • Christine

      Friday, April 4, 2008

Haha, love that you really did pick the first four, whatever they were! Yep, I think it would be a lil’ pop of pink if you wore them together.

Nylon, Parfait Amour, Expensive Pink and Woodwinked… Hmmmm… Nylon’s a little more yellowy than I love with the other three. But it’d definitely be the highlight, lightly. Woodwinked inner corner, Expensive Pink in the centre with a little Nylon combining the it and Woodwinked, and Parfait Amour on the outer third.

I don’t know if I’d love these colours together, though, lol.

    • Christine

      Saturday, April 5, 2008
