Temptalia Asks You – What brand do you think is known for their skincare?

Friday, August 14th, 2009

What brand do you think is known for their skincare? What brand(s) do you use?

.

Shiseido always comes to mind, as does La Mer. The last skincare regimen I had going was Kate Somerville and Mario Badescu products. I’m testing something new now, though!

La Prairie. I really see a difference after only a few weeks! Before that I was using a mixture of Chanel, Estee' Lauder, La Mer and Clinique :D!

Renee Rouleau for sure! Been using her products for years and love them! But I also have a few things from Clarins and like some of their stuff, too!

For skin care I think of Neutrogena, Olay, Clinique, Origins, and Cetaphil! I am also new to Lush and just tried the Brazen Honey mask from the reviews here, LOVE!

I like Vichy, Aveeno and Clinque.

I also really love Olay, everything I've ever tried I've loved. Some of my other favorites are Clinique (all about eyes) and Philosophy (body creams).

I ditto on the Olay... I've been using it for the past 5 months or so and I can definitely see a difference! : ] So that's great for my wallet!

Clinique was actually the first that came to mind. Since it was the first line I actually tried in skincare.

I think of neutrogena when i think skincare; but clinique makes me think of skincare.

I stand by my tried and true moisturizer - Olay! It's a drug store staple and their sensitive skin cream with SPF has never done me wrong!

SKII. I love their products, but they're so expensive. I tried them for a month when I got trial size versions. My skin condition was so good when I used it.

Clinique, Neutrogena, DDM. I love Clinique!

When i think of skincare, whether it be drugstore or department store; i think neutrogena, aveeno, olay, philosophy, clinique, murad, proactiv...more so the brands that have succeeded over time & have been around since i can remember.

Clinique is my go to for so many things - my daily, wear-this-everyday eyeshadow is Clinique, my hands down best mascara is Clinique and their skin care is seriously number one! Great acne care and well as just daily keep that skin lookin' good! I've also used a few Clarin's toners, washes and a great mask. Doesn't work for those periods of break outs, but I used it all the time when my skin is clearer because they're gentle and refreshing. Ah!

As silly as this sounds, I have been using OLAY for a couple months and totally see a difference!

Prescriptives. Love their stuff.

Cliniques acne range definately works for me :)

Philosophy and Clinique, prollly.

Origins hands down. Their Perfect World line is amazing. Gentle and not harsh like some creams out there.

My fave skincare brand is La Roche Posay !

I agree! I'm testing out La Prairie now. I've tried La Mer but it is a little too rich for me.

I love Sisley too, and I like Cle de Peau too.

I just love my Dermalogica!

I agree with Shiseido. I'm trying out Lush skincare right now, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to keep my skin as clear as Shiseido did. Looks like I'll be switching back to Shiseido as soon as I finish my current Lush stash. I'll still use Lush for masks and exfoliating, but I think for an everyday regimen, Shiseido wins hands down.

Clinique..i think they do what they promise. Their acne skin care range is amazing.
