What beauty product have you been wanting, but haven’t bought yet? Why haven’t you bought it yet? Too expensive, need to see a review on it, what keeps you from committing to the purchase?

La Mer moisturising cream. I’m wondering whether its actually worth it.

    • Hi Jam! I actually did a review of several La Mer products – very luxurious. Dita Von Teese swears by La Mer, but I wasn’t 100% convinced myself.

  2. Kerastase Oleo-Relax Serum……..i keep trying to convince myself that Biosilk does the same job (which it doesn’t), cause i can’t bear to spend $35 on one bottle……

    • Marylynn

Go ahead and buy this. I use the entire line and love it. If you have really dry hair like mine it’s worth the investment and since I only wash my hair 2 times a week the product last at least a year for me.

      • Unfortunately for me, my hair is so thick and porous that 1 bottle only lasts me about 2 months (yes, it’s THAT thick!!). But, i think i just need to stop whining and buy it :)

    • I know how you feel, Courtney! I’m testing out a face cleanser that’s about $28 a pop, which is so steep for me!!

  3. Raven's Fire

MAC Holiday collection. I have not bought it yet because it is not available. I just love MAC and sometimes I get frustrated with the expense.

Oh well, I’m hooked on MAC and I will spend the money. LOL

  4. Hi Christine! Gosh, there are TONS I am wishing and hoping to get, the question is whether my wallet can keep up! HAHA, I too am waiting on the MAC Holiday collection, McQueen, and pretty much any collection MAC comes out with!

  5. Audrey

MAC Pigments. I own lots of eyeshadows but no pigments because it’s a lot of product that I’m afraid I’d never use.

Christine, if I’m only going to buy one pigment, what color would you recommend? I have blonde hair, beige skin, green eyes, and I like wearing metallics on my eyes. I’d be fine with just one pigment color as long as I could use it for many looks.

    • Hey Audrey! Love pigments, too, and it was tough to plunk down the change on my first one. If you could only pick one, I guess I’d go for a lighter one so you could wear it with many looks like Vanilla. If you wear a lot of one color, getting a pigment in that color family isn’t a bad idea either!

Definitely La Mer products…been wanting to try this brand but I find it ridiculously expensive.

  7. M·A·C Holiday
    NARS Orgasm the Multiple
M·A·C Blue Herizon Liquid Last Liner
    M·A·C New Vegas MSF

…these are the ones that I can think of on the spot…there must be tons…

  8. Marylynn

I want the new La Mer eye cream but it’s $160…has any one tried it?

    • Hi Marylynn! I’ve tried it, and I didn’t notice too much difference, but I still have fairly youthful skin so I’m not the best test object.

  9. Mykeshia

I have been wanting to try make up forever duo matte foundation, and eyeshadows.

  10. Katie

I would love the new Chanel Holiday Palette. :) The other item that I am dying to get it Benefits Cupid’s Bow lipstick.

  11. I’m on board with Katie – both of the Chanel Holiday palettes are to die for. Dear Santa…
