Looks – Colour Forms Tea Time Reddish Bronze Natural Look

Yesterday, I picked up the few items that I purchased from Colour Forms (Tea Time & Gilded Green pigments and the Suncentered powder). I LOVE SUNCENTERED!! This is so gorgeous. I think I saw a few people mention it didn’t show up no them–I’m NC30, and it showed up PERFECTLY. It’s this gorgeous sunny peachy orange that goes on with a subtle sheen. I used the 129 brush to apply it, and I achieved to-die-for results. Really, I think this is gorgeous and flattering in a natural way. I suppose Nuance might be a decent dupe, though, with the same kind of feel and finish. Anyway, not disappointed with it in the least bit.
I also managed to stick to mantra of “practical shoes only.” I picked up those Nikes I talked about yesterday, and they are ridiculously comfortable. If they stay super comfy, I will definitely pick up a second pair (since they’re on sale) for when I’m through with these. (I’m one of those people who will stock up on their “staple” shoes, LOL; because you never know when they’ll be discontinued or whatever!)
Happy weekend all! What’s everybody doing today?
P.S. – That $50 gloss I purchased? NARS Orgasm gloss is a very close dupe – it’s not as luxe or as pigmented, but it’ll do when I run out.Ă‚ Nymphette is too light, and it’s not pink enough.Ă‚ Major Minor was nowhere near it.

I used Tea Time pigment (LE) on lid, Say Yeah eyeshadow (LE) on lid, Beautyburst eyeshadow (LE) on middle of lid, Bronze eyeshadow on outer lid, Satin Taupe eyeshadow on outer crease, Femme-fi eyeshadow (LE) on brow to highlight, Rich Ground fluidline on lower lash line and upper lash line, Graphblack technakohl on lower water line, and Plushlash mascara on lashes. I wore Suncentered Colour Forms Powder (LE) on cheeks. I had Fast Thrill lipstick (LE) with Nymphette lipglass on my lips.
** These are recommendations for dupes based on permanent colors available — may not necessarily be identical; they are the closest I can think of!
Tea Time = Chocolate Brown; Say Yeah = Motif (works for this look); Beautyburst = Brown Down; Femme-fi = Shroom; Suncentered = Peachykeen; Fast Thrill = Bombshell

alsp, I was planning on buying tea time, so what do you think of its consistency? smooth? crumbly? crappy colour payoff?

Hi Tanya from Oz,
Thank you! Nooo, it is soooo pretty, check it out!
Tea Time was smooth and light – very finely milled, it’s not super frosty. Gave me great color pay off.

Christine someone stole pics of your looks and put them in auction of Mac pigments that I believe are fake because there are Solar Bits piggies in regular boxes… Anyway here is the link: http://www.allegro.pl/show_item.php?item=404255569 the woman says that pics are hers and that no one can copy them AND that if you buy a pigment sample she will send on your email 100 pics with Mac looks by her but I bet these are gonna be your looks to!!!
Monday, July 21, 2008
I emailed admins and explained these pics are stolen and linked to your site, I hope they can do anything about it, this is a perfidious thief!!!!!!!!!!!

I initially thought Sun Centered would be too pale on me (I’m NC 35)especially when I swatched it on my arm (which is probably like NC45). But your post made me want to investigate more. So I had the MA put apply it – it’s very subtle on me, but when natural light hits it it’s this beautiful peachy-golden glow.
Now I have to buy it! I should have never read this post!!! Ha, ha.

I’m so glad you got a chance to try it! I think it’s sooo lovely (and I’m NC30) :)
