Here’s a quick look for fall that I put together to go out to dinner with my parents and boyfriend (for my birthday). It’s pretty simple, and surprisingly, I used all permanent products (without trying–that’s an accomplishment!). :) Hope your Wednesday is off to a fantastic start! Halfway through the week — yay!

You will need the following…

  • Eyes: Soft Ochre paint pot (neutral beige base), Melon pigment (peachy-pink), Gleam eyeshadow (peachy-pink), Cranberry eyeshadow (berry-wine), Fig. 1 eyeshadow (eggplant), Graphology eyeshadow (deep purple-black), Ricepaper eyeshadow (highlighter), Smolder eye kohl (black), Urban Decay El Dorado 24/7 Liner (gold), Zoom Fast Lash mascara (black)
  • Cheeks: Plum Foolery blush (berry)
  • Lips: Guerlain Gracia Lipstick (muted berry), Chanel Spark glossimer (coppery berry)
  • Brushes: 266 (firm, angled brush), 226 (fluffy crease brush), 219 (pointed crease brush), 214 (smudge brush), 249 (flat, firm brush), 239 (fluffy shadow brush), 129 (dense blush brush)
  • Substitutes: N/A

Directions: Define brows using a coordinating powder shadow applied with the 266 brush. Apply Soft Ochre paint pot all over the lid as the base with the 249. With the 239, apply Melon pigment with water-based mixing medium on the lower lid. On the inner lid, pack Gleam eyeshadow on using the 239. Apply Cranberry eyeshadow to the outer portions of the lid. Darken crease with Fig. 1 eyeshadow using the 226, then deepen with Graphology eyeshadow with the 219. Sweep Ricepaper eyeshadow underneath the brow bone to highlight. Finish with Urban Decay El Dorado Liner on lower lash line, and Smolder eye kohl on the lower waterline using the 209. Apply Zoom Fast Lash mascara on lashes. Sweep apples of cheeks with Plum Foolery blush using the 129. Apply Guerlain Gracia lipstick to lips, and then top with Chanel Spark glossimer for color and shine.

Sorry about the lips! I don’t know what’s going on :(

  22. amy

I love peachy pinks with purples, so lovely!

  23. ali

You look so pretty, and the eyes are elegant and luminous. Elegant yet simple. You could’ve gone for a lighter or darker lip and still would’ve looked great.

  24. Dee

That eye is one of the more uniquely beautiful things I’ve seen. I don’t know that you’ve done any looks like this before, and I love it.

  25. Great look. I think I’ll need to pick up Cranberry & Graphology now.

  26. JoElla

I doubt any of you are are old enough to remember Ultima Make up.. but they had a beautiful peach/purple combo eye shadow that I still mourn and lust after.

This look is the closest thing I have seen since they went out of business and trust me I have been looking for YEARS! Thank you thank you thank you!!

  27. Bridgette

Ooh! LOVES IT, Christine! Another pretty look. & Thank you so much because I’ve been wanting to snag Cranberry e/s, but have been hesitant because I had no clue how to use it. But this look, I’m hoping to try once I get that e/s. [:

  32. gloria.Z

  33. lovepotion18

gorgeous! one of my fave looks that you’ve done. now only if i can re-create it. I’m still a newbie at the whole eyeshadow application thing.

  34. Hyzenthlay

So pretty! I *need* to get that El Dorado liner . . . Honey is too cool for me, but I wish that they offered El Dorado in a full size without the set. Guess I’ll just have to order all of the 24/7 sets this holiday :)

  35. DJ

fab combination all the way around. ooh lala

  36. Bettina

no subs eh..I guess I’ll have to recreate as best I can..that should get me out the box a litle more ha ha

  37. Torie

I have got to have these colors. They are a great combo. I usually like/do browns/taupes and purlples and this is a new twist. Now I have to find me some money!

  38. Raven

As always, you pull together some beautiful FUN looks. This is my fav. so far. The blending is flawless, the color’s are perfect together, they look fab on YOU and YES, all PERMANENT!!! I also gotta show this love cuz these colors are my “go to” cuz of my green peepers! LUVVVVSSSS it!!!

  39. Raven

  41. liz

i think i’ll recreate this for a party this weekend.

  42. Michelle

The color combination is really beautiful and it flatters you tremendously! I also love that you haven’t taken your crease color up as far as you normally do… it really compliments your beautiful eyes!

  43. Tatiana

Oh man, I gots to try this one next time I go out! You’re so cute with your disclaimer about the lips! hahah

  44. Samantha Kathleen

    :))) so beautiful!

  45. Tami

The eye shadow combo looks so pretty! So is the lip color…Spark is eye catching.

  47. Lorna

    nice fall look

  48. Sushi Flower

This is such a stunning look for fall. I wouldn’t have thought to pair peach and purple but they look great together. Great job Christine!

  49. So pretty, I love this look! For the lips, maybe the lipgloss made the lipstick sort of melt, it has happened to me sometimes.

  50. laura

these are like Notoriety quad colors (but better!)

  51. Yaรซl from France

This look is gorgeous really BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO

  52. Rachael

I love the lips and blush combo, so pretty!

  53. Almost black.

I really love your looks but I really think you should consider another mascara because this one makes your eye lashes look really poor unfortunately :(

Otherwise – look is really beautiful! :)

  54. Shweta

Christine, Your eyes look absolutely fantastic….I am trying this now!! :)

  55. Jessica

    Love this look <33
    You look really prettyโ™ฅ

  56. Amanda

  57. zahara

  58. Lady Lostris

Oooh, I love the eye colors so much! It’s one of my faves that you’ve done. Must bookmark it =)

  59. Lulee

whilst trying to recreate this (huge compliment because even though ive seen hundreds of tutorials this is the only one that has ever inspired me enough to recreate it)i realized it works pretty well with the stila charmed palette! not exact, but its the same concept and better than having to go out and buy all those mac colors

  60. Laura

This look makes me even more excited about getting my 24.7 super stash for x-mas. Also it looks like Graphology may have been discontinued because i cannot seem to find it on mac’s website. So i was wondering if u knew of a good dupe? Thanks

    • You’ll love it!! :)

I don’t have a good dupe for it, but it’s this dark purple that’s not quite black, but very dark. You could probably just lightly dab a black shadow in to replace it!

  61. Brenda

EEPS!!!!! This is gorgeous!!!! I’ve been out of commission with my internet so i’m just catching up on the last 3 months, and THIS is BEAUTIFUL!! One of your best looks so far, IMO. I will be trying this out on myself (NC20) so hopefully it doesn’t look clownish on me!!

  62. Heather

I love this look its so pretty

  63. Violet

Oh my god ! I love this look !
Officially one of my favorite looks. <3

  64. I wore this look tonight to a wedding with a purple dress. Looked AMAZING! I got so many complements! Thanks Christine!
