A few people wonder why I don’t line my upper lash line… there are a few reasons, but really, the big one is I simply prefer to go without! Just my take on it - not big on how it looks, just IMHO :) The other reason is that my upper lash line is very sensitive, and after removing this look with the upper liner, both my eyes have swollen up. ’scuse the brows, forgot to comb them.

It’s too bad your eyelids are so sensitive, because the liner really looks good!

Hello again, the same thing happens to me, but in the lower water line, if I wear makeup in that zone I will have problems for sure. The point is that I love how it looks, my eyes are so sensitive! I’ve used Kohl liners hypoallergenic, but nothing works for me. The homemade mixing medium helped me so much ’cause it prevents that the eye shadow or pigment gets into my eyes and this way there is not problem. But I would still like to prove it in my eyes, if you have any recommendation I’ll appreciate it. bye!!

Hi again, Joselina! Aww, that sucks! I guess we just have super sensitive lash lines. I don’t know anything to recommend, but I keep hearing that eyeshadows tend to be easier on the lower lash line, so maybe you could try using a dark shadow as a liner.

Hi Christine, as all the others have said it before me, your page has improved a lot throughout the past months, shall I say year…It’s great that you take the time to post tutorials, useful information, and willing to share your knowledge, not everybody does that, I have seen that the more some people know, the more secretive they become towards they “secret products” and techniques =(

So, thanks for sharing !

Simple question - for now =) - what eye shadows have you used for this look? They look fantastic !

Sad you cannot wear the lash line, it certainly looks great on you !

Take care,

Aura

Hi Aura,

I’m happy you like the new layout and everything! :) I’m really liking it, too.

I can’t keep a secret, so maybe that’s why I don’t mind letting my “makeup secrets” outta the bag!

This was Amber Lights eyeshadow all over the lid with Showstopper eyeshadow in the crease. Super simple :)

Thanks!
