  1. Oooh, I like the baked eyeshadow, especially the second palette!

Is it just me or do five of those eye kohls look like they’re the same color? Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one for the bright colors so it’s not an entirely bad thing, but you would think the photographer/Laura Mercier would want to underscore some level of difference.

  3. Nah. I’m going to wait for the Tom Ford Holiday Makeup Brush set.

  4. Corliss

Love most of these sets. Guess I’d better start saving.

Oh oh, this looks gorgeous! I love LM, but this special edition items are so freaking expensive in Mexico, I never buy a thing. I may indulge in those candles though…..

  6. The Colour-to-Go palettes are both gorgeous–I love them both! So is the Glamour Wardrobe–but I don’t think I’d be willing to spending $100 on that…

Are you going to be doing swatches on these soon? Would really love to get a beter look at the colors in the palettes.

  8. That last palette looks really nice.

Could someone please put me out of my bewilderment as to why a liquid liner is $125????? I must be missing something.

    • Looking at the first picture below the cut, it appears to come with refills and some luxurious packaging. Like a fancy fountain pen.

    • BooBooNinja

I looks like there are 3 refill cartridges. If the liquid liner comes with preloaded, you’re getting the equivalent of 4 liners at a price of $31.25 each.

This is out of my price range, but I like the idea of refillable pen.

The lip glace collection looks good…. I do not need to fall in love with another beauty item this season. My list is already too long ( UD vice/ ocho loco , Tarte box and the list is still growing )

Are Laura Mercier travel brush sets of good quality or are they subpar like MAC’s? Wondering the same thing about Bobbi Brown and Tom Ford….

Got the glamour wardrobe palette. It’s a bit pricy but if you think about it, it’s a better deal than the to-go palette. 8 eye shadows, 2 cream blushes, 2 cream bronzers, 5 lip shades and 4 brushes. Even if you disregard the lip glazes, it’s still a good deal. My only complaint is that they didn’t include an eye liner. It’s also quite portable (6″ x 4.5″), smaller than a paperback novel.
