    I admire your ability to do such a perfectly thin fine line w/ liquid liner. I stink at that. Keep hearing a lot about the Coastal Scents 88 & 78 palettes. I know they only run about $25 which is a steal for so many colors & understand they are richly pigmented & very blendable. This all seems to good to be true. Should I be purchasing these palettes? Are they really that amazing? I wanna believe they are just cause it could save me some major $$. Any looks I see people do using these palettes look really really good. Nice work Clarisse.

      No, DOn’t get them!! Not pigmented at all in comparison to MAC…I regret buying the 88 palette…completely overated

      I think the 88 palette is fine. The pigmentation is much better than what you would expect from something that costs so little. You never know when you’ll want to use a random color, and if you have the pallete you won’t have to run out and spend $15 at MAC. My only complaint is that it doesn’t offer a great gold.

      I find myself not using it as much as I would like. To be honest the colors aren’t that pigmented and I had to pack it on a while to get the color to show. Granted, I only used the cream/orange-y color from the CS palette in this look.

    i love how you can work that out for daytime :) and wow, you can do a FIERCE straight line!! :D must practice on that… :}

  5. This look is BEAUTIFUL!!! Such perfection :)

    Clarisse – Can i ask what brushes you used on your eyes? Your crease without makeup seems like it may be a little less defined than most, but I admire your ability to create such depth in your eyes with the shadows. I would love to know how you did so. Again, as i mentioned earlier, your eyeliner is tres magnifique! HA :)

    Clarisse, it looks great. I was wandering which colors did you use from the palette?. If you could, could you number them as either rows or columns to make easier to identify them.
