Estee Lauder Sensuous Gold Collection for Fall 2009

Inspired by the ease and sensuality of the season’s fashions, Estée Lauder has created Sensuous Gold – a uniquely feminine, luxurious new color collection for fall 2009. Using soft nuances of color with rich tints, tones and washes, Sensuous Gold gently brings out an inner radiance and reveals the softer side of every woman. Skin is luminous, warm and radiant in a soft veil of golden tones. Eyes are delicately defined in soft shades of golden amber and peach accented by rich, regal amethyst. Lips are luxuriously dressed for the season in sateen finishes of coppery nudes and supple plums. Sensuous Gold creates a look that is at once sophisticated, luxurious and naturally feminine. Completing the impression is the distinctly modern and luxurious rose golden packaging.

Such pretty colors! I don’t use Estee Lauder much but I’m going to have to get some of these. I like the shimmer powder and the quads. :)

  3. I love Estee Lauder’s shimmer powders anyway, but a marbelized one is even better as I love MSFs. :) I love the eyeshadow quads too, so pretty. :) I missed out on the Vivid Garden collection (only managed to get the shimmer powder on Ebay), so will definitely be getting these ones. :) EL eyeshadows are such good quality, like Dior and Chanel, really worth paying for. :) The Plum Amethyst lippie’s lovely too.

I played around with this collection last night at Macys and it’s really pretty. I bought the Rose Gold nail polish, and I love it! The shimmer powder was amazing, I think I’m going to have to go back for it. :-)

  5. Wow… that looks so pretty!

Estee tends to get a bad rap as an “old lady brand”. I recently bought quite a few items a couple weeks ago when they had that fantastic gwp. So far, I’ve really been impressed with everything I got. I’ll definitely check out this collection. The shimmer powder looks more promising to me than any of the MAC Colour Craft msf’s!

    The shimmer powder looks irresistible!!

Those lipsticks look lush, really pretty colours that are office-friendly :) I’ll definitely check those out & I’d like to see the shadow quad on the left in person

Oooh, this sounds pretty! I haven’t bought anything from EL in a long, long time but I might have to check this collection out. The Plum Amethyst lipstick is right up my alley!

The shimmer powder looks like a MSF, and I like the look of the quad on the right.

  12. Estee Lauder is so great at creating lovely feminine colors. I really like the way that all of the pinks have a hint of gold in them. An extra sparkle can never hurt!

  13. this collection looks awesome!
