MINI-REVIEW: I received an advance copy, and I have to tell you–this is by far one of the best how-to makeup books I have ever had the pleasure to read and drool over. It’s formatted in such an easy-to-use way, and there are tips and tricks a’plenty. I’m so glad to have this book in my beauty arsenal!
