Sorry that it’s off-topic, but have you gotten any info at all on the new Bobbi foundation?

  2. Jennifer

    So pretty!

  3. Gen

this is totally silly, but i always wince a little when i see lovely eyeshadows or lipsticks “crushed” for the purposes of photography!

  4. Angila

I love this collection. I feel like this is very well done. I don’t normally purchase many products from Bobbi Brown because I feel like a lot of it is outragously priced. But I think that these are reasonable and beautiful! Love~Love~

  10. Devon

I, too, normally don’t even bother to LOOK at Bobbi Brown’s stuff because most, if not all of it, is horrendously overpriced, but I am really loving the eye palettes. Really, really pretty shadows.

  11. I’ve gone a bit crazy and bought the Crystal Eye Palette, Sparkle Glaour Quad and Modern Classic Lip & Eye Palette. Oops! I also like the look of the bottom 3 palettes.

  12. leesie

That first palette (the Crystal Palette) is quite pretty.

  13. emmaline

I don’t understand why some are broken and others are not. Is it on purpose?

  14. The eyeshadow palettes are gorgeous, I just have a weird thing about eyeshadow and lip palettes combined, I find the eyeshadow always makes its way into the lip colour and that drives me crazy!
I’ll have to go and swatch these when they come out, me likey a lot!!

  15. Its a huge collection and very difficult to keep track…Lovely though!!!

  16. Jackie

BB perfect as always! But I want a new shimmerbick:)

  21. That Sparkle Glamour Quad looks so sparkly!

  22. adrianne

All of these are gorgeous! I’ve never purchased any Bobbi Brown, because typically it’s just too pricey, but I could so do with one or two of those palettes!

  23. Naz

    …well that’s reassuring.

  24. Wendy M.

oooh, I think I’m going to skip MAC’s Tartan Tale and buy some of these instead! 😀

  25. Riki

seeing those broken eyeshadows gives me a heartache :]

  26. alina

The last 3 eyeshadow palettes, what are they called? Thank you!

  27. nicci

  28. saira

  29. Naheeda

    Love it!
Have tired make up for my wedd 2 yrs ago and love their product. Couldn’t afford to buy all so bought the gloss which i still have since – use it very rare..

  30. Keva

I love the look of the last three palettes also! But in the UK we seem to have a single set called the Smoky, Sultry, Smoldering Set:

I hope this doesn’t mean the three separate palettes with 4 shades won’t be available here as they are lush! :(

  31. Wow, that first palette and the lip palette look really promising!

  32. Coco

Wow, these look gorgeous! I’m excited :]]- thanks for the updates!

  33. Soumya

I just bought the Sparkle Glamour Quad and it is really worth every penny!

  34. Eileen

Beautiful colour palettes .. especially that last shadow quad!

  35. Ashley D.

Ugh, is Bobbi Brown ever gonna be available in Canada?! This is killing me.

  36. Evelyn

ack you got me! lol I went to Neiman Marcus online and bought the smoldering palette. Not of course because I don’t have similar colors, but because it just looks…smoldering! lol

  37. Dana

Wow, I love the packaging and colors! I can’t pass this collection up.

  38. I am going to save my money for this collection. I want a couple of paltetes!! Pretty!

  39. Christina

tempted by the glamour quad and those 4-shadow sets at the bottom (the sultry etc sets I suppose?).. thanks for the preview! I hope you will post swatches some time!

  40. Linnea

    Really awesome!

  41. Katie

I’m eager to see your review on this line – I hope you can review it! I went to the Bobbi counter and had a regional rep try out a look from what I believe is called the Crystal eye palette (the palette with the teal color, the first one in this post). Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed! There was so much fallout – I swear it looked like I had been punched in the eye! And the colors were unremarkable. I felt like the teal, which is so beautiful in the pan, is very dull, and none of the pretty gold shimmer showed up. Total bummer because it would have been a great gift item!! I was surprised because I normally love BB shadows.

  42. Snarky

I work in advertising/marketing and eyeshadows (blushes, whatever is featured) are “crushed” to show light refraction and depth. Often, when pressed into pans, the surface of the powders can have a flat look. Once broken through, as when used with a makeup brush, they look richer – which makes you want to purchase them… which is the whole point!
Hope this helps clear up the curiosity.
BTW… LOVE the Smoldering Palette with its sexy plums! ; )
