LOL, the first thing I notice in that picture is the dress…its the same one Britney Spears is wearing on the Circus cover. I’m not a huge fan, its just that picture is everywhere.
The BB colors are so soft & pretty. I want to go see them to check out the texture
I had to check out the dress again and I’ve seen someone else on a red-carpet picture wearing it. I’m going with Keira Knightly…someone skinny like her.

On topic, I like her make up, but I refuse to buy her stuff because of two things: 1.Price 2. I don’t like Bobbi Brown.
Whatever articles/interviews I’ve read of hers I read, I end up disliking HER. There are tons of other make up lines out there to keep me busy.
I’m pretty sure the dress is Rodarte – and I think Keira Knightley did wear it, or a simialr one.

love the colors….but is it weird that there is no blush? thats mostly what i notice in the picture of the model – her gorgeous flushed cheeks.
Not that I know of, but maybe there is when it actually launches.

Does anyone besides me not like the new square lip glosses? I don’t like having to always have a lip brush around to apply the gloss. I wish she had improved the packaging of the tubes of lip gloss.

I wonder how similar these are to the Diamond Dusts she came out with a while back – I also just got some L’oreal Chrome Shine e/s from europe recently – those are gorgeous and so underrated. Thanks for the gorge pics!

This is to Claudia M. — wow! Have never read such strong opinions about Bobbi Brown, and may I ask why? Some of her makeup I like — the pot rouge in Pink Truffle & the vitamin enriched face base — love the smell. Otherwise, her eyeshadows are conservative — not much pigment to them. Am with Miss Anna regarding the blush; it is so Spring, but not featured in BB’s 09 collection at all.
My bad, I didn’t mean to come off rude or anything, it’s just a personal opinion. If I don’t like someone, I don’t have to buy their line/products, simple-pimple. =P
Looks like a nice collection. The promo picture would be even more lovely without all the photoshop. I like to see the colors more clearly on the model.
I think that this collection looks pretty but the ridiculous dress and even more ridiculous Photoshop job in the promo photo turns me off.
Fail.
I heartily agree with Rebecca about the dress AND the photoshop job — both things do take away from the collection — usually Bobbi does better than this.
Was so looking forward to seeing the blush after seeing the model…so odd that there isn’t one!

the dress & hair is just not it. usually BB takes some fabulous shots up close but this one BB’s gone WAYYY wrong…that dress is just A MESS. its terrible! makes me wanna not even look at her face nor take interest in the collection…total miss. shame on BB.
From just looking at the model, I think you can use the shimmering nudes for the eyes, a pink blusher and a nude lipstick for this look. Looks like she is modeling the DRESS, not the MAKEUP.

Just came back from Bobbi’s counter and tried out all the 4 sparkle eyeshadows. Very pretty! Lots of sparkles..really. Tempted to buy the mica.
