I went to see captain america and I spent the entire time just staring at peggy’s makeup. I decided to recreate a pin up look today. All matte. Nyx vanilla sky from lashline to browbone. Nyx taupe in the crease and a bronzer to deepen it. Revlon colorstay liquid eye pen in blackest black. Elf blush in tickled pink, and I usually go for mac viva glam I for a classic red lip but I was going to work so I went with something slightly more wearablea, clinique spiced apple (its like a brick red). I love it! I’ve gotten several compliments today.

Christine, I would love to see the look you are wearing this week! Or at least a breakdown of where you’re putting these colorsI just got my Urban Decay Anniversary palette and I have been anxious to see how other people are using it! I am still a beginner with my makeup and haven’t yet begun to experiment with color. The Anniversary palette was too gorgeous to pass up and had a few colors and a few neutrals. Now I just don’t know what to do with it! Where would you suggest putting each color? Also, can you do a complete look using only this palette? I don’t have much of a collection yet, and I’m curious whether or not a complete look can be done with it! πŸ™‚

Eyes: MAC pigment in Gift o’ glamour, mac rule, nyx red bean pie, EL sumptuous volume mascara

I was just experimenting, but I did an eye with MAC She Who Dares over Pixie Epoxy. Green section on the inner 1/3 and the blue section around the rest of the eye.

Nothing too fancy.
MAC All That Glitters on the lid, Twinks in the crease, and Essence Midnight in Paris (black) gel liner. I wore it twice and the second day I paired it with MAC Slimeshine in Pleasing. Very pretty!

Lately this has been my go-to. Urban decay Baked eyeshadow on the lid, with flipside on the lower lashline. Urban decay oil slick eye liner on the waterline and benefit bad gal mascara. MAC’s refined golden on the cheeks and in the temples. Top it all off with MACs dazzleglass in like Venus. The result is a beachy fun look for the summer.

I wore Star Violet over Fig. 1 and Signed, Sealed and used Vex at the inner corner and on the browbone. It created a depth to the look that got compliments all day long. I used Blushbaby on the cheeks and a pink lipstick from Sephora. Pretty and effortless.

UDPP, UD Suspect on lid and UD Darkhorse in the crease, lined with a bronze Maybelline liner and black mascara, Tarte Blissful cheek stain on cheeks and lips with a little bit of MAC Gold-Go-Lightly on my temples and MAC Strange Potion over the stain on my lips.

I am soo glad I got the UD 15 palette, it is awesome. I am thankful that you had the review up right before the launch. I used MAC bare study paint pot as the base, then UD Omen on the lid and lower lash line. I used MAC shroom in the highlight and blended them together with UD flow. I lined with MUFE aqua liner #14 on the lid, and Falsies by maybeline mascara. I love the falsies “flaired” look mascara, it is the best mascara. Do yourself a favor and spend the $6 and be amazed!

MAC Crest the Wave e/s all over the lid and brought just under the eye w/ Peek-at-You in the inner corner, Benefit High Brow, MAC Graphblack liner and a little Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Pencil in Yeyo in the waterline (that sucker stays on all day!), MAC Warmth of Coral Mineralize Blush (love it!) and Bobbi Brown Lip Shine in Nectarine.

i was on vacation all week so the only look i wore was Lancome waterproof artliner in beach gem, ELF waterproof mascara and covergirl aqua smoothers tinted moisturizer! it was wayy too hot and humid to wear anything but! haha

For a base, I used my ELF studio cream shadow in Dawn all over the lid (no primerβ€” it never creases!) Then I packed All That Glitters on the inner half of the eye with a light pinky-bronze color from my NYX Nude on Nude Natural Eye Kit (the one on the bottom left corner) on the second half of the lid. Then I put MAC’s Wedge in the crease

Yesterday I wore this:
Soft Ochre as base
teal pigment wet on all of lid except for outer corner.
Embark on outer corner blended to crease.
light amount of blue brown pigment where the embark and teal blended together.
Highlight with shroom
Dipdown liner on top & bottom lashes
Opulash Optimum black mascara

All products by Mac, of course πŸ™‚

Eyes: ULTA Truffle on lid, ULTA Camel to soften, ULTA Bone as a highlight, ULTA Silk in the inner corners. MAC Corduroy as eye liner on the upper lash line and smudged underneath the lower lash line. Charcoal gel liner from Maybelline on the water line.

Blush: ULTA Infatuation

Lips: Wet & Wild Natural Blend Lip Shimmer in 104. Matches my lips perfectly so it just gives them a natural sheen.

FACE: Maybelline FIT me liquid in 110, FIT me powder in 110, MUFE HD concealer
CHEEKS: Tarte TRUE BLOOD cheek stain ( i love this btw )
LIPS: Tarte TRUE BLOOD lip stain
EYES: UDPP, MAC tweet me all over lid. UD naked in crease, MAC centre stage in the V, UD virgin as highlight
Maybelline stiletto liquid liner in brown on upper lid winged out and Falsies mascara in dramatic black

For some reason, I pulled out my MAC Caviar Dreams quad and put Retrospeck on my lids and Caviar Dreams in the crease/outer corner and under my lower lashes with a bit of Retrospeck at the inner corners. Pinch o’Peach blush and some Clarins ColourQuench Balm (07) on my lips. It was such a nice look for summer – the MAC shadows are quite light and sheer (but glittery) so it was a nice summer look (they should have released Cham Pale for summer!)
