I had high hopes after seeing so many good reviews for the Vice Lip Bond formula. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype for me. Luv Ya Backtalk is the PERFECT color for me and I love how pigmented it was. That is where the love ends. I shook the lipstick per the instructions and applied and allowed to set (keeping my lips from touching each other). This formula never truly set down and remained very sticky... almost like a glue. The glossiness lasted for maybe a few minutes and then it became matte. I found that the color did transfer. However, it wore down decently and never crumbled, flaked, or got patchy. Unfortunately, I couldn't even comment on wear time because it was so uncomfortable for me. It wasn't uncomfortable drying like many liquid lips... but uncomfortable tacky/sticky. I can only wear this for more than an hour if I pair it with a gloss or balm on top, which ultimately decreases wear time.

Very vivid color. I found it hard to have this sheer out, I did a light layer and blotted, without being ever so slightly slightly patchy (but since I like to apply glosses on top of stains this was easily fixed). No feathering or bleeding which is great as that means I don't have to bother with a lip liner. There is a very slight "ew that is a lip stain" taste when initially applying, but that quickly went away. Applying two layers of this led to a very pigmented and bold lip. This is a comfortable formula to wear.

I am really loving this new formula from Colourpop. I own three shades (Indulge Me, Cockatoo, and La Cienega). I find they all have a very mild crayon scent, but the smell dissipates and I don't notice any taste at all. These are very comfortable to wear. They are a tinted balm so you can't really expect super long wear, but I do find they last a decent amount of time for what they are and reapplying is easy to do. I find Indulge Me to be way too light brown (washes me out), Cockatoo to be a pretty nice flattering natural lip color, and La Cienega to be a MLBB shade. They are a little melty so don't push too much of the product up or you may smush it on accident. These are very buildable and I personally like doing 2-3 layers because they feel so nice to wear.

This is a beautiful color! I liked the formula initially as it was light weight, easy to apply, opaque, and very comfortable. However, within just a couple hours the glossiness faded and my lips started to feel "naked". I don't want to say dry because this product wasn't drying - it's just that the moisturizing feeling of the initial application completely went away. The worst part is it didn't fade very well. I was left with a pretty dark ring of color on my lip line and the color and almost completely been removed from the center of my lips. I ended up decluttering this one. It might work better if you want to wear a similar shade of lip liner under this and use this as just a glossy top coat.

This is a perfect every day color for me and I've found myself using it every day. I find it hard to describe this as a stain because I don't notice it "staining" like a traditional one. It is more like a very comfortable liquid lipstick which is saying a lot because I don't love liquid lipsticks. I like that I can do a thin layer of this or build it up to an opaque layer. I do not love the shimmer/glitter and wish this came without, but I understand that it matches the theme. This formula has a light tackiness (not sticky and thick, just a "hey I'm here and keeping the hydration in your lips"), but this shade doesn't transfer and I never feel like I need to add any extra moisturizer (ie: chapstick) to my lips while wearing it. I find this comfortable enough to wear all day on its own, but if you want to add extra shine it also plays very well with glosses. This shade lasts a decent amount on me, when it does start to fade fades evenly and keeps a light wash of color, and is easy to reapply (no flaking, no streaking, no having to remove the old application to make it look nice again). I do have two other glossy lip stains with one being another hit and one being a "meh", so there is definitely difference between the shades. I'll repurchase this one as long as it is available because it is a very comfy and pretty MLBB every day shade for me.

This is a very comfortable formula. However, it doesn't last long so I find myself reapplying every few hours. I love the color and it feels nice on my lips so reapplying doesn't bother me and I'm definitely going to try other colors in this line. This is a perfect MLBB shade for my skin tone (light/medium neutral).

I love this color - it is unlike any that I've tried before. It pulls bright lavender with a touch of pink on me. It is smooth to apply and for me is full coverage in one swipe. It does get very slightly drying throughout the day - not an uncomfortable dry by any means (and I'm very sensitive to drying products), but I don't feel hydrated or moisturized and it loses the creaminess. No feathering or bleeding which is a big plus for me.

Fizz is a bit of a challenge to work with. It is barely there on its own so don't expect a bright green base unless you layer something under it. I would suggest using either a pigmented primer (white base) or what I like to do is put down a more pigmented bright eye shadow (yellow or lime - I find it pairs well with Sphere from the ABH Prism palette so anything similar would work well) and top it with Fizz. Fizz does help bring out the neon if it has a good base to work on top of. Fizz is a glittery supershock, but I lay down a thin layer of translucent glitter glue (on top of the base layer of shadow I use) and have no issue with fallout when applying that way.

I have never used the Colour Pop blush stix before or any cream blush to be honest, yes I'm behind the times. This blush is an absolute dream to work with and performed well with both fingers and a brush (I prefer the finger application so I don't get too heavy handed). I have worn this to work and a function afterwards and it lasted the entire 12 hours, maybe more but I quit checking at that point. This color is perfect as an every day blush for me and I like that I can keep it natural or build it up. I'm glad I decided to pick this blush stix up and expect it will come in very handy with the drier winter season starting.

I love this color and it initially looks really pretty. I do enjoy that it leaves a faint stain. However, it settles so deep in my lip lines that when this starts wearing into a stain you can literally see the dark lines from a normal talking distance (especially if I smile). This is not an issue if I reapply consistently, but do not expect this one to "wear off" well. I either make sure to reapply often or top with a lip gloss regularly to blur the lines. This is also very scented... kind of a fruity scent... which is not appealing to me. Thankfully once applied the smell goes away and there is no taste so it is still wearable, but if you are sensitive to smells this may not work for you. I prefer how my Clinique Chubby Sticks wear over time and would not consider these a formula dupe, but the CP lippie tints apply just as nicely and have a similar consistency.

This is such a beautiful raspberry color and I liked how it could appear sheerer (blotted) or slightly more opaque (swiped on), but the performance was disappointing. I can't pinpoint what it is... but both of the Just A Tints that I ordered had a weird smell and initial taste on application. The taste/smell does not stick around, but it was noticeable. I felt that this wore off pretty quick and while it did leave a nice stain it bled into my outer lip lines. Only noticeable when I smiled, but there was enough bleeding around my cupids bow and directly under on my bottom lip to make me feel I need a lip liner with this which defeats the whole purpose of a tinted balm. I still think this is a pretty color, but will end up using it as a topper over drier lipsticks to give them a more berry appearance and stay more hydrated.

I get so many compliments when I wear Milky Way SS. This is a gorgeous fushia and the blue glitters really pop. I personally use glitter glue with all my SS as I have oily lids. I just tap a bit where I want it, pat on the SS, and I can still blend the edges without needing a glitter glue on the blended area. Milky Way plays well with other shadows and on me lasts all night (usually after 8 hours I'm ready to remove it and it is still going strong so it can last well beyond 8 hours).

I was hoping this would be as it looks in the pan... a punchy pink with sparkle. Unfortunately, the pink is very sheer so it is kind of a tint of pink with lots of gold glitter. This does not build up and does not blend regardless of if I use my finger or a wet brush and a primer or a glitter glue. This shadow just does not build up to enough opacity to really even tell there is a hot pink base when applied to the eyelid. I tend to use this more for just topping another shade (ie, if I have a muted pink I will top with this to slightly deepen and glitter it up). This is not a great performer on its own, don't be fooled by how pretty it looks in the pan.

Topanga is smooth and comfortable like most of the Lippie Stix in this formula. The color when applied is a lovely peachy/coral that leans quite orange on my skin tone. However, I don't like that as soon as the top layer wears off (or if I blot my lips) that it turns hot pink. I love a good stain, but not if the color of the staining is drastically different than the product upon original application.

Deep bronze undertone so not a great highlighting choice for light/medium or fairer skin - olive and darker skin would likely be beautiful. The texture is nice and creamy and it goes on smoothly, but I found that this did not last on my cheeks. I ended up re purposing this as an all over eye shadow for my more "natural" makeup days and it is a beautiful inner corner highlight.

Fig pulls a lot more peach on my skin tone than it does pink. It is a one swipe highly pigmented lipstick that is quite comfortable, but I do usually blot it because the formula is quite thick. Blotting does not take away any of the pigmentation in my experience. I don't feel like this lasts very long on me... maybe a few hours if I don't eat or drink. I am not someone who minds reapplying a lipstick as long as it doesn't bleed, feather, or settle in lip lines and this does not do any of those. I have almost used up my first tube and I rarely finish an entire tube of lipstick so that is really saying something! This lipstick does have kind of a weird sweetness to it when first applied. I don't hate it, but I do think it is strange and would rather it had no taste at all. The taste goes away pretty quick after applying so not a huge bother.

I got the "Alway Red" Sephora Cream Lipstick for a Halloween costume (50s retro glam). I rarely wear reds because I find they can be difficult to work with and I get worried that it will smear all over my face. I also rarely go for a liquid lip because my lips tend to be on the dryer side and I do not like how it feels when my lips are dry and uncomfortable. Not only did I fall in love with this color and formula, but it is my go to when I want a more bold lip look. I never worry that this will fade or smear and I don't need to top it with a gloss or chapstick because it is comfortable enough on its own. I can eat with it (sometimes need minor touch ups after a greasy lunch but it never looks bad or leaves a dreaded ring) and can wear it all day from work through going out. I loved "Always Red" so much that I went out to buy more of the Sephora Cream Lipsticks.

I wasn't a fan of this highlighter. It had rave reviews everywhere so I decided to try it out. My skin isn't very textured, but this made it look like it is. It was definitely shiny it just didn't look good on me and I won't be buying it again.

I really wanted to love this lipstick. I'm a virgo and while I don't wear a ton of reds I have been wanting to add a non liquid lipstick red to my collection. I am a big fan of the Amouse Bouche lipsticks that I have in Fig and Chai so figured this would be another great formula. Unfortunately, I found that this one didn't apply smoothly (the outer edge of my lips got a really bumpy looking line) and that it feathered a lot. On a positive note it did apply with full pigment in one swipe. I tried this with a lip liner as well and that made things slightly better, but I know I can find better. The color is quite bright as well and looks much brighter on the lips than in the tube. I also didn't feel like it wore very well and it made me self conscious to wear a formula that I didn't trust to stay on my lips and not look all wonky.

I took off a half star because the blotted lip formula is a formula that can sometimes be a little bit on the drier side (mainly in the winter months when my lips are already dry and sometimes chapped) and it does not last all day like a liquid lipstick would. However, I ABSOLUTELY love this formula and Drip is a lovely color for me. It is a my lips but better and my go to nude that still gives me color. My lips are not very pigmented and a lot of true nudes will wash them out. Just looking at Drip you'd think this would be a straight brown color, but for me it shows more brownish/natural pink. Out of all of the Blotted lips this one and Brain Freeze (which is a very pink one) are my favorites both in color and performance. I reapply Drip once or twice during my nine hour work day (mainly just after eating - it fades evenly and leaves a pretty light stain). Not transfer proof, but it stays very well and the transfer it does have is minimal. Layers with with liners and/or gloss, but also looks beautiful on its own. Smooth application - one layer is a natural tint like color (or for an even more natural look try just pressing it on your lips instead of swiping - my favorite method) and two layers is quite opaque for me. Does not settle into my lip lines or feather... and feathering is a new problem I've started to have as I get older. I always keep Drip on hand because I know I can trust it not to look like a mess half way through the day!
