Watermelon/Moonstone

Pros: Foolproof application with fingers or a brush. Flattering color---as close as I've ever gotten to the color of my natural blush (light-medium skin with neutral-to-cool undertones). Subtle highlighting effect brightens my skin but isn't too much to wear to work. Cons: Sweet, cloying watermelon-bubblegum smell (although it dissipates quickly). Small amount of product relative to price. Overall: Will repurchase, probably quickly.

Product is very thick, which, to me, makes it tricky to apply. On the bright side, it's very moisturizing. Color is opaque but seems darker/less pink on my lips. Feels good on and improves the appearance of lips.

I joined Temptalia just so I could review this lipstick. It's well worth the exorbitant price tag---smooth, hydrating, and pigmented enough to brighten up my naturally dark raspberry lips with true-to-tube color that lasts and lasts and lasts. Although many lipsticks tend to feather or bleed on me, this stays exactly where I put it, without a liner. It fades evenly and, afterwards, my lips feel smoother and more moisturized than before. I'm a convert, and I'll be buying more ridiculously-priced Rouge G lipsticks in the future.
