Tarte maracuja creasless concealer is for those who have dry under eye area and want full coverage. The concealer is thick, but also emollient and you need literally the smallest amount. The best way I have found to date to use it is to grab a tiny bit on the tip of my ring finger and start dabbing under the eye (not too close to the lash line). The concealer will warm up with your finger and will start to blend and spread over the area providing full coverage. I do set it with literally the smallest amount of translucent powder (Laura Mercier translucent or secret brightening are my favorites) so it doesn't move, but not too much because then it defeats the purpose of it not being too dry for my already dry under eye area. I have yet to find something as good. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the color selection. You have to try it in-store because the descriptions online do not do it justice and tend to be on the yellow side a bit too much.
