Lorac eyeshadows definitely have a few things going for them. They’re very soft, very pigmented and last a long time. However, there are quite a few cons to this palette. After using almost everyday for almost a year, I can safely say that these eyeshadows have the worst fallout among anything I’ve used. The fallout is so bad with the matte, dark shades that I need to use several makeup remover wipes to clean up every time I apply them. Another con is that the pans are very shallow with little product in them. It’s very easy to hit pan and finish shades in this palette! I also found that for the most part I couldn’t really use this palette on its own and needed to combine it with other palettes to avoid boredom. I’m almost done with this palette and although the quality and shade range are good, I wouldn’t repurchase it.

This is definitely one of Sleek’s underrated palettes. It has a varied selection of shades, there are several greens of different lightness and darkness, purples, taupes, browns and one golden shade. I generally like using it in combination with other palettes, but it has enough variety to be versatile and usable on its own, since there are several neutral shades and mattes. Definitely one of my favourite and most used palettes.

It may have received some lacklustre reviews, but I personally really like this palette. I like that it has some similarities to Subculture, but that the shade selection is more varied and wearable. I tend to use the shimmers with a damp brush, and find that they perform very well that way. I feel it’s a comprehensive and coherent palette that can be used on its own to create a wide variety of beautiful looks. For me that is a great plus. I like that the brand has been releasing palettes and shades that are somewhat new, creating new combinations and trends. Some experiments, like Subculture, didn’t work out as planned, but Prism in my opinion is a success.

This is the palette that started it all for me! I fell down the rabbit hole of makeup madness the moment I saw it and swatched it in a tiny shop in New Zealand. The shades are so pigmented, soft, buttery, it’s definitely one of the best palettes out there. I’m also impressed that Sleek had this out long before the red, orange and yellow “sunset” eyeshadow trend started, and I think it definitely rivals the most expensive palettes out there. I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes warm tones metallic eyeshadows. The price is also great. You’ll need some matte shadows to go with it, though, because it’s almost all shimmer. I also find the matte black to be a waste of space.

I bought this palette shortly after it was released a couple of months ago. It was my first eyeshadow purchase from Urban Decay and I love it! I have medium-tan skin and I like intensely pigmented colorful eyeshadows, and I find that I don’t need a damp brush or any extra effort with these. There is no fallout at all, the shadows are very creamy. Overall, I’m very happy with this new addition to my collection. The only thing I don’t like is the bulky design, it’s heavy and not very travel-friendly.

Absolutely love this palette. The shadows are pigmented, soft, and blendable. I like shimmery and metallic eyeshadows in general and this palette has a great selection of colorful metallic eyeshadows.
