  1. Anything bright like that I would wear with a lipgloss like DiorKiss in Mango Soda over. Really really pops :-)

  2. A really bright and fun peacock-isprired eyelook, a nice pinky little maybe peach blush.
    Very bold and bright!

Ew, I can’t wait to see what everyone has to say! I didn’t get Petals and Peacock because I had just gotten Show Orchid, but I’ve been curious as to what all I could pair it with and not look overboard…

  4. I’d wear it with anything and everything! :D
Maybe not… But I really do love this lipstick :)

I actually used it in this look, but I sheered it down (which is something I don’t usually do, haha!)

I wore Petals & Peacocks last night!

For eyeshadow: X [by urban decay] on my lid, Sin [by urban decay] on my inner lid, Twice Baked [by urban decay] on outer lid and crease, and Chopper [by urban decay] on the inner corner. For highlight I used a nyx jumbo pencil in Yogurt.

    Brows: Embark [by MAC]

Cheeks: Vintage Grape Blush Ombre [by MAC] I used the middle portion, so it’s not too light or too dark.

Lips: Petals & Peacocks [of course] and Loud & Lovely Cremesheen Glass on top for shine

    i love this lipstick!!!
i wear it with pink’o peach blush and a fine eyeliner with clinique’s chocolate lustre, eye gloss of lancome in sand inside the eye and brown mascara…..it’s perfect for the day!!

I love this lipstick. Its the exact same color as my glasses. I wear fairylite pigment by mac on my lids and a cat wing with liquid liner. On my cheeks I wear two virtues mineralize blush and then petals and peacocks on my lips with smashbox lipgloss in tease overtop.

it stains your lips and i like to use a little on top of concealed lips. concentrating more colour in the middle for a stained look. i love it! such a pretty colour :)

This is a fun color but difficult for me to wear since I am warm toned. I paired it with Hush Hush Rose the other day and it looked pretty. Also, I put Kitty Kouture on top to tone it down a bit. For the eyes, I used Zinc Zone GPS, Smoke & Diamonds, vanilla pigment, and Feline eyeliner. I used Love Rock on my cheeks.

  10. on my lips P&P looks quite more violett. i have a shirt which matches perfectly.

on my eyes i just wear a black eyeliner and much of mascara.

  11. Funnily enough, I’m just writing a blogpost on this exact thing… I’m doing a series on my blog about 5 makeup looks which scare me and my attempts to wear them, so fuchsia/bright pink lipstick is right at the top of my list.

I paired it with a very neutral eye as I’ve got porcelain skin and didn’t want to overdo it. I used MAC’s Bare Study Paintpot, Naked Pigment, Copperplate in the crease and NARS Cordura in the outer-v. I topped that off with flawless skin, thick black liquid liner and Azalea Blossom blush. Over the lipstick I ended up wearing Electric Fuchsia to bring out the blue tones :)

I wore this yesterday…The look was done in a hurry, but… I used Painterly paint pot all over the lid, then groundwork p/p on the lid for a shadow color, lined my eyes with Undercurrant pearlglide… Then used Nars Laguna for contour, and Orgasm for blush…And of course P and P lipstick.

  13. I’d wear something really neutral on the eyes with a nice black eyeliner winged out and this on the lips. May do that tonight!

  14. I actually just wear this with simply mascara & that’s it! It looks laid-back but it’s still eye-catching, it really leaves the focus on the lips.

Also, since it’s a little purple on me, using English Accents lipglass on top lightens it up to a Barbie pink, which is AWESOME. :D

  15. this is one of my favorite colors MAC has put out. its GORGEOUS! here’s a look I did with it about 2 weeks ago, using all colors from the GMLOL collection

I should’ve gotten 2 because I wear it often and I’d hate for MAC to discontinue it :(

I would probably just wear black liner and that’s it. Let the lips speak for themselves. Not even blush. For me, I like to do bold either on the eyes (with a neutral lip) or on the lips (with a bare eyelid and cheek). I work in corporate government america so, it can’t be too dramatic.

  17. hannah

I’d probably use a shimmery brown lid color like MAC tempting, a matte bronzer, a very powerful and lengthning mascara and dark eyeliner

hello cristine.. do you know a dupe for MAC Fairylite pigment?
