Silver over the lid, Blue in the crease and outer lid with a mix of a tiny bit of black and blue to darken it. I can’t wear strait black wince it look to dark on my skin tone.

That is DEFINITELY a pallate that SCREAMS “sultry”. I would do a sultry, smokey eye, being VERY careful because the colors together (blue and black) could look “bruisy” and like someone punched you in the eye if it’s not applied and blended properly. Black liner PENCIL! No liquid: MAC powerpoint black, blacktrack or UD zero. Strong lashes, maybe false. No blush, maybe just a bit of bronzer. Pale lips, glossy…maybe with UD Wallflower.

  3. i’d put the blue over the whole lid, darken the crease and the outer v and along the lower lashline with the black, the silver would go in the corners for highlight. Then i’d add a sheer wash of a light pink blush and a light pink gloss (viva glam v gloss fits my complexion).
