  1. Fancy

When I wore She Who Dares, I put it on with Nehru in the middle crease and Carbon on the outter crease. I also lined my eyes all the way around with carbon and then went back over them with Industrial (A Pearlglide Intense Eye Liner by M.A.C.) just on the bottm lid. I had on Fluid Fix foundation and a little Dollymix blush lightly on my cheeks. On my lips I wore Naked Liner lip liner, Myth l/s and C-Thru gloss on top.

This is a very good question. I would love, love to see looks on this eye shadow. I bought both the mineralized shadows from the Villains collection and I love them both, but I just don’t know how to use them without it looking so dark. So any ideas would help :)

i couldnt agree more! i really want to see some inspiring looks!

    • Catherine

You should watch Vintage or Tacky videos on youtube. She did looks with both of the duos. It is dark but very pretty

    • ME too!! I love them but it is hard coming up with ideas.

    • Aramis

just use more of a lighter color and one of these two colors to darken it up a bit.

i done two looks so far…i used femmi fi on my lid freshwater in the inner crease and the blue side on the outer crease.
the other one i use the green on the lid and mulled cider in the crease and tet a tint to blend in the brown.

i know that some of these are limited edition but you can dupe with what you have.

  3. Baylie

Urban Decay peace on the lid, She Who Dares in the crease and outer third. NYX disco queen glitter liner on the top lash line. UD deviant liner on the lower lashline with Ben Nye cosmic blue to set it. Then a peachy pink cheek and lip because a bit of orange will contrast with the blue eye.

  4. Ruth

Yesterday I wore the green half over zero UD eyepencil and green kryolan aquacolor, making it darker near the lash line and brighter on the lid. It was really pretty. I was having a venomous villains day, paired it with cruella’s darkly my dear blush :)

  5. Shannon

I wore this duo to an art opening the other night and I got lots of compliments! I did the green half in the inner eye and the blue half in the outer with NARS Daphne in the crease and MAC Ricepaper highlight. Briar Rose on the cheeks with MSF By Candlelight highlight with MAC Infused with Glam lipstick and Revenge is Sweet gloss.

  6. nicole

I use french quarter greasepaint stick as a base with urban decay fishnet in the crease with oh so fair as blush and aloof on my lips! Really fun!

  7. I would put the green section over Laura Mercier silver cream shadow to make it show up more boldly.

  8. Trish

Use MUFE aqua cream in #4[Snow] on the inner to middle crease, #21 [Turquoise]in middle to outer crease and #22 [Emerald green] on the outer crease. Use the ‘blue’ side of She Who Dares wet on the inner to middle crease, and the ‘green’ side wet on the middle to outer crease.

Line with MAC’s LiquidLast in Aqualine for a bright blink or MAC’s Pearlglide liner in Undercurrent for a smoldering teal green line.

  9. Jeanne

What is the email address that I can send pictures to? Thanks! :)

  10. I would create a smokey eye look with the She Who Dares eyeshadow, with a little gold on the crease. Which to me would make it stand out, more. Since, the other two colors are black base / lime green glitter. I would use Lava Gloss from Too Faced and the NARS Deep Throat blush with the MAC Resort Life Lipgelee for my lips.

  11. Meghann

I wore this just using the green over the lid, carbon on the outer V to smoke it out, and orange in the crease. Shroom was my hightlight. Feline lined around the eye and used false lashes and this was a gorgeous e/s look. This shadow is one my favorites for going out on the town and I used it during a football game. Team colors have green in it so I knew I had to get this e/s.

  12. Catherine

I tried a look that i saw on a blog (dont remember wich one actually) i put vainglorious on the lid with the blue part as a liner on the upper lid and the green part as a liner on the bottom lashline. That was pretty :)

  13. Ru

I would rim my eyes with either color. I would use it to do a green smokey or a blue smokey- these colors would go on the crease. Both looks would pair well with a soft pink blush and a nude/sheer lipgloss.

  14. Lolly

I wore this on a night out recently, I used frech quarter(which really made my eyelids sore the following day) as a base followed by the green colour on the lid and the navy in the crease, I used blacktrack eyeliner, prolongwear foundation, benefit dallas as a contour and peechykeen on my cheeks and highlighted with benefit Hollywood glow. The colours are very pretty and full of sparkle.

  15. Molly

i love using the colors wet as liner (heavy and winged please!) with lots of grand entrance or a matte off white on the lid!!!

  16. I wore this with Too Faced’s Label Whore and loved it. I forget what I used for my highlight. lol

  17. VeroJo

I havent figured out to use this as a shadow. But I sure have been rocking it as an eyeliner and loving it! I apply Briar Rose on the cheeks but lips depend on my mood ; )

  18. GinaTheresa

I did a softer daytime look with just the green over my lid (so pretty), NARS corfu all over my crease up to brow to warm it up(I have really deepset eyes, so I try to brighten my crease a little.) Heavy black mascara and liner all around the inner lid. NARS Gina blush with MAC MSF Soft&Gentle. MAC Touch lipstick. The subtle coral/gold cheeks with the green shadow and nude lip worked with my super pale skin and black hair.

  19. Azaza

I would wear the green on my lid and the blue on my outer V / crease area. I would use a dark blue to darken up my crease a little bit more. Then I would use NARS deep throat as blush, contour/highlight a bit. Then I would use Strange potion lipgalss for my lips

  20. Opheliana

Over mac sharkskin, with the green colour on the inner lid and the blue on the outer, with black eyeliner. Kind of like a smokey eye.

  21. Marcela

for a really dramatic clubbing look I would use Mac Blackground paintpot as a base, then use the green shadow all over the lid and the blue at the crease and above, extending almost to the eyebrow. Then I would highlight the little bit of browbone area left with my fave highlighter shadow, Phloof, and line my eyes with L’Oreal HIP’s Blue Spark liquid pencil liner. a nice soft blush like Mac Prim & Proper and a sheer berry-colored lipgloss like Mac Revenge is Sweet and tons of mascara.

  22. Alexandra

I would wear this with shroom as a highlight. Orgasm blush and a peach lipstick :)

  23. Amber Lights in the inner corner, green part of She Who Dares middle to outer corner, Embark in outer v and crease. Lined with this shimmery forest green eyeliner by Rimmel (or Tarnish by MAC) and then did a thin line using MAC Penultimate in Rapidblack on the upper lid. Smokey, but subtle enough for a daytime function.

    I’m an NC 42-44.

  24. Melissa

For a fierce Halloween look I would put mystery kohl power pencilall over lid blended then pack the green part of she who dares all over the lid, through the crease would be beautyburst from barbie and film noir eyeshadows with overgrown as a highlight.. cheeks would be taupe and plum doubois blush and lips nightmoth lipliner with pink nouveou blended and oversexed gloss on top!!

  25. yadira

i would create a mermaid look with it

  26. DemoiselleB

I wore it this weekend, going out. I used NYX black bean as a base. Shroom in the inner corner, Club in the middle of the eye and Contrast on the lid/outer corner/crease. And then I put She who dares in the outer corner and crease for the dark, glittery effect. Mac Blacktrack eyeliner. As blusher I used Laura Mercier fresh ginger (my alltime favourite!!)

  27. Lo

A deep dark look which matches with my pale skin. With dark blue cream shadow or stick as a base, she who dares bluish shadow in the upper lid and green shadow as line on bottom lashes and carbon eyeshadow by MAC in the crease and as eyeliner. Pale skin with subtle blush and pale but shimmering lips with creamsheen glass in fashion scoop.

  28. I did a look with the green half of ‘she who dares’ in the crease with gold and nocturnelle (purple) shadow by MAC with tarnish kohl on the lower lash line, nymphette lipglass- pictures here:

  29. emmaline

I used ud’s suspect e/s with ud kush over it all over the lid, ud smog on crease and the green side of she who dares wet as a liner that I winged out. so cute!

  30. Noga

Oh gosh, I wish I had these to play around with… I’m thinking a Halloween inspired smokey eye with Black Tide on the outer corner.

  31. Teresa

I missed out on both of these eyeshadows (boo :-( but I was wondering Christine, if you have dups for it either with e/s or pigments? Thanks.

  32. Brittany

I wore it the other day as a winged eyeliner with a neutral eye. I looked great wish I had snapped a picture.
