I’d put the liner over my lower lid up to the crease, blended gently with a 217, a dash of Dirty greasepaint for added depth then Naked pigment from crease up to brow. Bottom lash line I would smudge up with Dirty and the water line would be Blackline. I would build up the lashes for a more rocked out look. Keep lips simple with something like Brave.

Yay!… I wore a look so similar to yours Whitney. I used blackground paint pot from lashline to just past the crease and blended black line liner on the eye lid. blackground again on the lower lashline with black line over it. naked pigment as my brow highlight. mac # 7 lashes and black mascara on top and bottom lashes. mac pro taupe powder blush for subtle contouring and Blankety lipstick. Love.

i’ve been using dirty and blackline together with copperplate on lid and warming trend on brow bone…but i think i will definitely give naked pigment a try!

I would use Lucky Green on the bottom lid, Wedge in the inner crease, Carbon and Black Tied in the outter crease and a light layer of Shroom under the brows. I would use Blackline on the top and bottom lid for the eyeliner (all the way around). On the cheeks I’d do Pinch O’ Peach with Honesty on top of it. On my lips, I’d do an Oak liner with Myth Lipstick.

It would probably be some heavy look combined with Gazette Grey or Gilt by Association. Dirty is awesome too =D

  5. Melissa

I’d use a softer gold on the lid, perhaps like nanogold, with the upper lid either unlined or tightlined with blacktrack, smoked out/dirtied in the crease with gilt by association, and with blackline as a lower lid liner.

I am wearing Blackline right now! I did a very simple look today. I have the lighter shade from Family silver as a wash, with a soft brown (something generic) very lightly in the crease for soft definition. I have regular black eyeliner smudged on the top lashline, and Blackline on the lower waterline and lower lashline, slightly smudged. I have a soft pink blush on the cheeks, and Subculture liner with clear gloss on top for the lip.

    -Apply Blackground paintpot to lid
-Apply Swimming to cover the paintpot
-Apply Plumage to crease to form a “v” shape
-Mix Humid and sumptuous olive and apply to the middle 1/3 of your crease
-Apply Mylar to Browbone and blend any harsh lines with a 224 brush
-Pearlglide Liner to waterline, tightline, and upper lashline
    -Swipe on some Opulash Mascara
-With a fluffy brush, apply Cubic blush to outer apples up to temples
-Countour your cheekbones with Harmony blush and blend with a 182 brush.
-Apply Creme de Nude to lips and swipe on clear gloss

Everything!!!! – unfortunately I am allergic to pearlglides. so very sad

  9. Black line is my every day liner! I use it with any and every look (it’s my new go-to black liner.) Today I’m using a LORAC palette with all nudeish shades, then Black Line lined on my upper lash line and bottom waterline. Also wearing mascara. Just using a mix of CARGO Topeka + Coral Beach on my cheeks, a Stila Palette for contouring, MAC Shell Pearl for highlighting, and Honeylove lipstick.. although I was wearing NARS Harlow gloss before -just changed it.

  10. I think it goes with anything pale goldish, peachy or green when I want a forest green-goldish liner. Yes, Black Line turns forest green golden on me, and I love it!

  11. So far I just paired it with neutral browns and a dark purple (which kinda looked brown too lol) Urban Decay YDK, AC/DC and Sellout. I think next time I’ll try it with greens or even gold.

And the good thing about these liners is how they look smudged, it brings out the sparkle like crazy.

I did a simple look using my Blackline liner yesterday. I used Painterly Paint Pot as a shadow base then Vex eyeshadow all over my lids. Did a winged eyeliner with Blackline. Kept the rest of the face simple with Benefit Dandelion on my cheeks, Kevyn Aucoin lipliner, MAC Sandy B lipstick. Added a little more color to my lips with Clinique Rose Spectrum lipstick.

since i wear heavy make up onstage (community theater) alot i’d keep it simple. I’d line my eyes a little thicker than usual and do a dramatic cat eye with Indianwood paint pot up to my crease. MAC zoom mascara, Prrr lipglass and orgasm blush by NARS.

I just bought this and used it the other day for the first time! I wore:

Moss-scape paint pot as a base
    Humid e/s on lid
    Club e/s in crease
    Vex e/s to highlight
Blackline to line upper and lower lash line, smudged a bit for a smokeyish look.
Club e/s on outer third of lower lash line

    Margin blush
    Soft & Gentle MSF

    Ever Hip lipstick
    Cha Cha lipglass
