What we're Wearing

My favorite look this week was… On eyes:  Sephora French Riviera, Sephora Girls Night Out, Sephora Snakeskin Dress, Sephora Animal Instinct, Sephora Walk on the Wild Side, Burberry Trench Eyeshadow, Tarina Tarantino Spark of Envy Eyeliner, Dior Iconic Mascara.

I used Tarina Tarantino’s Emerald Pretty palette yesterday (which turned out to be a snow day) – Dandy Lion on the lid with Very Wicked in the crease and I put a Wet n Wild very light shadow in the inner corner. Gosh black pencil liner to line, MAC Desert Rose blush and Nars Damage on my lips.

I tried M.A.C Absolute Power today + Chanel JC Malice blush, this very morning I also tried Chanel quad Fascination which is gorgeous ( I recommand this quad to all ladie who love that type of colour combinations ). Yesterday I tried a new Kiko blush ( spring 2013 ), quite flattering + Nars Fire Down Below which is really one of my fav blood red lipsticks.
I also tried Hot Chocolate + JC blush Plum Attraction, many women stared, this lipstick is simply gorgeous, subtle and intense I love it.
On toes M.A.C Carine Roitfeld Underfire Red.

So gorgeous. It’s that TT waterline that gives the entire look such drama.

Who said brown eyes can’t be exotic?

  4. As I’ve said, I really really like this look on you! Must dig out similar shades (trust me, I own a whole bunch) and try to play copycat!

This week my favorite look is my Chinese New Year-inspired one. I used a wash of Chanel Convoitise Illusion d’Ombre all over my lids, did some more eyeliner than what I’d normally wear, and threw on some Paperself Peonies lashes (they’re so much fun). I had Chanel Rose Initiale o my cheeks and Tom Ford Diabolique on my lips!

  5. Veronica

I finally broke open Estee Lauder’s Violet Underground palette and have been sporting looks from it all week. My favorite look was one similar to the one you did for the review:

I just used Urban Decay’s Rockstar on the lower lash line instead. 😀

  6. Great combo, you wear color so well! My favorite look of the week was the one I wore on Thursday: bronze and black.

  7. Megan

That’s a beautiful look, are all the Sephora colors individual, or did they come from a pallet?

    • Hi Megan!

You have to purchase them all individually, and then you can put them into 3-pan or 6-pan palettes. Sephora does have all 80 eyeshadows in a two-tier palette (but it’s $499!) as well. We’re giving away one next week :)

Already looking for dupes to try that look this week :)

My fave this week was Maybelline Barely branded all over, Tease (Naked 2) in crease, Blackout (Naked2) lightly to dark outer third. Neutral Tarte exposed blush. One day I worn neutral lips, another I did bright pink (candy yum yum-esque)

  9. Lark

Went to The Stash to dupe the Veronica eye palette in purples, like mine better. It’s in a Hello Kitty LE case from ’07!
Veronica’s Blush Pearlmatte Powder, Blacktrack, Guerlain Holiday lipstick with no name. # 706 I think.

The MOMs Ball starts in two hours. I’m painted Skyline Blue over my entire body with cheap gel eye liner and gold patterns here and there. Digging for better lip eraser than a white eye pencil! My gold mouth can’t show red.

This wasn’t planned, but I look amazing! This party is full costume- and all about self transformation. Bought costumes aren’t allowed so I’m relying heavily on make up.

Lark that is sooooo cool. Wish I had your creativity even with weeks of notice, no idea how you pulled this off last minute. I’m sure you look fantastic and hope you had a great time.

Eyes: TFSI, UD Darkhorse and Inglot #329 (matte dark brown) in crease, Inglot light brown/gold shade on the lid, UD Half Baked in the inner corner, UD 24/7 liner in Perversion, Lancôme L’extreme mascara

Lips: MAC Betty Bright lipstick, MAC Kiss and Don’t Tell Lipglass

    Cheeks: MAC Supernova mineralize blush
