Christine (Temptalia), your mascara looks nice and dark.  What is it?

  2. Alexus

My favorite look has to be, on the lids bare study from Mac as a base, and using the Stila natural eyes eyeshadow palette. On top of bare study, I like to place bare from stila and for the transition color i like to use bliss and for the outer v i like to use sandstone. Also to smudge on my uper and lower eye lid luster! Then for mascare, light camera lashes:)

  3. That is a really beautiful look. The shades look quite luminous and I’m thinking that I should get up and go find that eyeliner right now.

  4. Marina

This is so gorgeous and natural! Have you reviewed the two eyeshadows yet? Love Ammunition on you too!

  5. Dominique33

I wore Supernova ( very bright ! ) and Fire sign yesterday. This week,  I also wore my Swimming Pool palette, my Naked 2.

  6. Carla Souza

Face:  Benefit’s Porefessional, Mac’s prolongwear foundation, Mac’s MSF, Nars’ Orgasm, Benefit’s moon bean.
Eyes:  Mac’s Nubile paint pot, Artedeco’s  320 (beige with gold reflections) on the  lid, Artedeco’s  524 (warm dark brown) on the outer v and Artedeco’s 527 (cool dark-gray brown) to blend out. Mac’s Blacktrack, a no-name beige eyeliner on the waterline and L’oreal telescopic.
    Lips: Mac’s Viva Glam Nicky.

This is so pretty Christine.. love the undereye part especially.. Is it just the ammunition eyeliner or anythng else in there ?

That was scary – I accidentally logged out and had no idea how to log back in again (seemed when you switched to lifefyre, I was automatically “logged in”).  Such a fresh and pretty look on you, Christine. Did the glitter on your lower lashline create any trouble? Because it’s continuing so unbearably hot here, most days I’ve worn MAC Unbasic White as a light wash lid to browbone and Charcoal Brown in the crease.  It looks very cool-toned/cooling. Pinch o’Peach on my cheeks and a Clarins Instant Light Lip Perfector in the pink shade on my lips.

  9. My favorite look this week was using Fyrinnae Sorceress on top of pixie epoxy, Urban Decay Mushroom and Walk of Shame. I love your glitter along the lower lash line.

  10. Kristabelle

Ooh I love how you used the glitter, thanks for the idea :)
This week I’ve been really into simple eye makeup and way less eyeliner than usual- love how much bigger my eyes look. Today it’s-
Eyes- Maybelline Bad to the Bronze color tattoo on the lid and blended out into the crease, a touch of UD Naked in the crease, dark brown liner on the outer halves on the lashlines, a little UD Darkhorse blended over that and into the outer v, theBalm Mary Lou-manizer on the browbone/inner corner.
Lips- Rimmel Dreamy (peachy shimmer) with Beauty Rush Slice of Heaven (nude shimmer) on top.
Face- too faced primed and poreless, mufe hd, kat von d tattoo concealer, maybelline dream matte powder, benefit hoola to contour, thebalm Frat Boy (love!) blush, theBalm Mary Lou-manizer highlight.

Very pretty!  I love how it’s subtle but still very intricate.
I didn’t wear much makeup this week, but I liked the look I had on yesterday – Estee Lauder kajal pencil in Blackened Sapphire on the upper lasth line, e.l.f. gold glitter liquid liner layered over top, Maybelline Stiletto on the lashes, and Maybelline cream blush in Rose Petal on cheeks.

  12. Miss J

I LOVE your gorgeous eye color, seriously. My favorite part of this look is what you have on your lower lashline; it kind of makes me want to bust out my UD gold glitter liner, lol.
Also, I read Liz9969’s comment, and I’m wondering how you like the Armani ETK mascara? Do you have a favorite mascara?

  13. OMG LOOK at that glittery eyeliner! I have never seen anythig so unique and pretty

  14. CShell

Christine, very pretty and natural gorgeous!
This week I was out of town and had a limited makeup supply so most of my looks played around with UD Snatch on the lid (darn all that glitter, though I love the shade so much!) UD Flash in the outer “v” and L’Oreal Infalliable Glisting Garnet in the crease and Virgin as highlight. Then I pretty much just played around with the intensity/shading of the colors to get slightly differnet looks for the summer beach vacation.

<sigh>  I wish I had your talent, skill and artistry with eyeshadows. If I were to use glitter, half of it would probably end up on my cheeks (hell, probably all over my bosom!) instead of in such a dainty, delicate line.
My favorite look this week:  MUFE Aqua #26 (purple) as a base, the lilac-y silver of NARS Melusine on the inner 1/3 of the eye, NARS Daphne in the V and in the crease, NARS Night Fairy (sheer sparkly pale lavender) to blend and near the tear duct, and NARS Himalayas (irridescent white-pink opal) on the brow bone and to highlight.  Sephora Precious Silver eyeliner on the upper eyeline, waterline and inner 1/2 of the lower eyeline. Daphne on the outer part of the lower lashline. NARS Copacabana Multiple on the cheekbones under the foundation, MUFE HD powder & Lipstick Queen’s Pink Sinner (nude pink) lipstick.  It came out really well, probably because I stopped using the remnants of my UDPP and bought more Smudgeproof; UDPP just can’t stand up to the lethal humidity here. In fact, it’s raining right now and I can *SEE* the steam rising from the ground from my window. <shudder>

    •  @Kafka Lit Cosmetics makes a fantastic adhesive base that makes wearing glitter a DREAM COME TRUE.

      • Kafka

@Christine (Temptalia)  Yes, but that doesn’t solve the lack of talent problem!  ;P  Joking aside, I’ve never heard of Lit Cosmetics. And I can’t believe there is something that would preempt a glitter shower. I’ve written it on my list of Temptalia things to look into! Right now, thanks to posters here — @Phyrra in particular — I’m planning on buying Fyrinnae’s Pixie Epoxy sometime soon. And then, I’m determined to explore Sugarpill. I actually almost ordered its Acidberry last night but then got distracted by MUFE acid green in 171, so…. <ditzy moment>.  Bottom line, thank you for the recommendation!

      • Are you going to review any Lit Cosmetics and its adhesive base anytime soon?

  16. Icequeen81ma

wow it looks beautifull, how did you pair it? which  lipstick and  blush color and finish did u use?

  17. blueraccoon

My fave look this week actually didn’t involve eyeshadow *g* Benefit’s Hello Flawless powder foundation topped with Benefit Hervana for color, Diorshow Black out mascara and Milani brown liquif’eye eyeliner, and Guerlain Shine Automatique in #263 A La Parisienne. I didn’t think it was anything special but got complimented on how fresh and bright-eyed and glowing I looked :)

  18. moena

I love your looks. They are always so creative and well-blended!
My fave look this week was a pink sunset look with Inglot shadows, UD Woodstock liner on top, Sephora Day to Night Wear liner in Sunburst (orange) on bottom, Taj Mahal + a pop of Illamasqua Lover on cheeks, and Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick in Cin Cin (a beautiful coral that I highly recommend).

  19. corallista

I love the liner on the lower lash line!
My favorite look this week was a neutral eye – MAC Carbonized on lid and outer half of lower lash line blended out with Illamasqua Vernau. On cheeks – MAC Ambering Rose blush and Colorbar lip gloss in Seductress on lips!

  20. Nicole

This is what I call a simple, classic and beautiful everyday look, Christine. Suites you perfect.
    My favorit look this week:
Bobbi foundation, MUFE Aqua Shadow Nr. 20, Studio Fix Boldblack Lash and YSL Tea Rose lipstick. It was too hot and sticky to wear more makeup.

  21. Ashley Sarah

Wow, I love this. I think this is one of my favorites looks that I have seen you do.

  22. Love this simple look Christine!  With the heatwave, I’ve been really spare on the makeup front and contented myself with TF platinum on the eye and a bright on the lower lash line with mascara, neutral or pink cheek and lip.. and most importantly, hair up!

  23. hey Christine, love the look! do you know of a dupe for lit cosmetics “beach baby” eye glitter? Thanks! -Ana

    •  @MalibuBarbie84 I don’t know anything specifically, though the color itself doesn’t seem hard to dupe – it’s more like their adhesive that would be hard to replicate!

      • la_kristin

@Christine (Temptalia) are you able to show us how you did this? I’m a totally makeup newbie..but I’m loving the glitter!!
would Two Faced Glitter Glue or MAC’s mixing medium for eyesbe similar to the Lit adhesive?

        •  @la_kristin The texture is comparable to MAC Mixing Medium.  I haven’t tried Too Faced’s Glitter Glue, but from what I’ve seen, the consistency looks creamy? and this is more like water.
